We made our way downstairs with each of the boys carrying a baby. Silas with Zane, he needed all of those muscles to carry that big boy. Sean with his little flirt, he had made eyes at every nurse who walked through our room door, I was going to have my hands full with him. Victor with Princess Willow and Owen with Princess Briar, my proper gentlemen as proper escorts for our girls. And me...

Well, I'm in a wheelchair, again, being pushed to the front door by Phil Roberts, who for whatever reason thought I needed this a second time.
When the first floor elevator doors open, I was greeted by darkness and shadows. A big black monstrosity blocks the light that normally shines through the glass doors. As I looked closer, I saw North Star leaned against the side of the huge vehicle.

What did he do, now? I thought as Phil passed the threshold of the hospital.

I patiently waited for the good doctor to put the brakes on before popping up and stomping over to North.

I heard a multitude of 'uh-ohs' behind me but I ignored them, for now.

With one finger stabbing his chest I glared up at him, "You DID NOT buy this," I waved my hand at the thing behind him, "thinking I would drive it did you?" He looked away sheepishly while turning red.

I calmed down when I thought of the second option, "Or did you get this as a project and experiment on how you could fit everyone in one vehicle, safely?"

He went to open his mouth but before he can I got up on my tippy toes and kissed him on the cheek, "Thank you North Star."

I took a closer look at the vehicle while the boys buckled in the babies.

It was an extended model of an expedition with dark tinted windows, side steps to help get in the beast and rough, durable looking tires. When I went to get in, the inside surprised me.

There were five rows and it looked like it could fit everyone if Silas and North sat in the very front and Nathan sat in the first row, of course.

The babies were situated onthe first and second row with Victor in between the boys on the second row andan empty seat between Willow and Briar on the first. To round off thetrip Owen and Sean were in the third row.

When I finally buckled up, North took us home.

Home. It will never be the same, I thought happily.
