Sang's POV
I know I have lots to explain but I thought I would have Sean and Owen with me. I don't know if I can take the disgust and hatred he might show. But my expectations are thrown out the window when my eyes meet his and read shock and awe. His lips are parted like a gaping fish. I laugh, to see Kota speechless is astounding. He is always ready with an answer whether in school training or here at home. His mind is full of the theoretical part of any plan. He is always three steps ahead of anyone else in strategies but now?
He flips me over so I lay on my back and his eyes fall and the triplets, "Surprise!" I say in a shouting whisper. He still looks unbelievably at me and my belly. Do I say it bluntly or in a round about way? "I'm going to be a mommy!" I say excitedly because I am. I am going to be a better mother than my step-mother, like Erica was for Kota and the rest of the boys. The babies will have nine wonderful fathers.
His mouth opens and closes a few times before he drops to his elbows with his head even with my belly. His breath tickles, I squirm and giggle. He stops me with hands on either side of my stomach.
Kota gently lays his ear against the babies, trying to hear them. when he looks at me again his awe expression morphs into one of pure joy.
I send up a silent thank you to all the gods that Silas say resides on Mount Olympus.
"We have to tell the others" he says.
I knew this but I still wasn't ready but I knew it had to be done. I nod my agreement and but I stop and stay his hand when he reaches for his cell phone. The boys are down stairs so I know it can wait I want to enjoy this night with the one who made this all possible.
I run my lips over his before he takes possession over the kiss and we don't think about texting the guys about the meeting until the sun has risen high in the sky the next day.
