Getting Along

*Courtney's POV*

I wake up to an empty bed. Strange because normally Ross is beside me on his phone or whispering stupid things in my ear. Then and again Juliet slept with us, where's she gone off to? She seems closer to Ross than she does to me. He loves her so much. They're always together. I mean, she loves me too but she just seems like a Daddy's girl. It's cute to see her and Ross together. I don't like to ruin their little moments but maybe I should try a little more? I sit up and get my slippers on and make my way to the bathroom I share with Ross, joint to our room, and brush my teeth before I start to walk downstairs to hear someone playing piano. The begining of Beethoven's Für Elise, Ross plays a lot of classical stuff. I walk over to the piano to see Juliet playing. I smile as Ross watches her and nods.

"What's going on?" I ask them.

"G'day Mom" Juliet mocks my accent making Ross chuckle. I laugh a little too.

"I taught her to mock you" Ross giggles as Juliet gives him a Hi5.

"Very funny" I chuckle and gently hit Ross around the head.

"That's not all he taught me!" Juliet says. "Look" She begins to play me the first section of Für Elise on piano.

"Very good" I smile and kiss her forehead.

"Thank you" She smiles.

"She asked me to teach her something so I did. She wants to learn to play piano" Ross smiles.

"You wanna be a piano player?" I ask her as I sit down beside them.

"I want to be an Australian piano player" she chuckles.

"You can't be Australian if you're not born in Australia but it's cute you wanna take after me a little" I chuckle.

"I love your accent" She smiles.

"I love it too" Ross winks at me making me blush and chuckle.

"Can you play anything else?" I ask her.

"Umm..this is a C chord" She says.

"No, that's F major, where did I tell you C was" Ross says helping her out.

"Here?" She presses the note on the left of the two black keys.

"Yup" Ross nods. "Clever" He adds kissing her forehead.

"What chord pattern did I teach you?" Ross asks her.

"Uhhh...." She thinks.

"Can you remember the chord names?" He asks. She nods. "Then take your time, you know where C is" Ross guides her. He's a great teacher.

"C, C, C" she says as she plays the C chord three times.

"G, A minor?" she guesses as she plays them, Ross nods for her to go on to say she's right. "A minor, A minor, G, F...uhhh" She says the chord names again as she plays.

"You're nearly there" He nods.

"F, F, A minor, G?" She guesses again while playing.

"That's it, well done, play it all together, don't stop" Ross smiles. She plays the chords and the song immediately sounds familiar. Ross picks up his acoustic guitar from the stand behind him and begins to strum the chords on his guitar as she plays them on piano.

"I'm not singing" I say to Ross, knowing he was going to ask by the look on his face.

"Aww, please" he pouts as they continue to play.

"It's your song, I don't wanna ruin it" I blush.

"Fine" He shrugs.

"You sing" Juliet tells him.
