Here We Go

      It is those fleeting hours of day when the moon and sun are high and bright at the same time. I am seated on the swing of my front porch, hot tea clamped between my hands as I watch the moving trucks finally coming the neighbors house. It's finally time to meet these new neighbors we have been waiting for, more and more crows are now around that house. It's eery yet beautiful at the same time, I've grown fund of their presence. It's been three months since Ethan and Clarissa have seen me last, a lot has changed ever since that night when the Shadowhunters walked into the Pandemonium Club.

    Clarissa fell in love with Cameron, then they were told they are "Siblings" which is not true, and Clarissa finally knows she is one of them. She has been hunting Downworlders and killing them for information on her mothers whereabouts. Her mom has been captured and is being held hostage by them and her beloved father (Haha just kidding that girl hates him with a passion). Ethan became a vampire and started dating a she wolf named Allison, they seem pretty happy together but you can definitely tell that he has stronger feelings for Clarissa. Which kinda hurts, she's always been his weak spot, even when we were "together". They seem to have completely forgotten about me, which is fine after all I did leave them all alone.

    I have become friends with Nicholas he's a warlock, and Mason he is the leader of the pack of wolfs Alice belongs too. Also he is madly in love with Kat, she is Clarissa's mom. My brothers, and their best guy friend have been keeping an eye on everything that has been happening. While I've been home focusing on my senior year, and training. I've become a lot stronger with every year since my family found me ten years ago. 

"Annabella? Sis? Are you ready for Nicholas party tonight?" Seth ask, poking his head around the corner of the front door. Nicholas asked me to attend his party to help him in restoring Clarissa some memories her mom locked away from her as a child.

"Yes, I have my outfit upstairs ready to go." I say, the packers start unloading the trucks and being directed by who I'm assuming is the mother. "I feel like we should offer to help them, you know before the snow starts coming down." I say looking up at the sky. My brother nods his head and heads back inside.

"Lets go." He says, coming back out with Sebastian and Max behind him. We walk across the short pathway to the neighbors house.

"Hello could we lend you a hand?" Sebastian ask, the woman turns to us startled. He black unearthly eyes turn to us, I take a small step back she has no pupils it's just black. 

"Oh if you could that would be wonderful, I'm afraid a storm is coming and I don't want these poor people stuck out here when it does. My name is Luna!" She says, a beautiful smile spreading over her light chocolate skin. 

"I'm Bella, these are my brothers Sebastian, Seth, and their best-friend Max." I finish, pointing at each of us as I say everyones names.

      We start unloading and moving everything in. Everything is going fine until I see him. He comes down the stairs nonchalant, then stops the minute he sees me. The box I'm holding begins to slip from my hands, he takes a few long strides towards me and catches the box at the same time as me. Heat and small shocks spread were our skin makes contact, I look up at his eyes the same unearthly eyes as the lady up front. Memories of a younger boy flash through my mind, I look at his perfectly chiseled face. He has strong clear bone structure, he's lips stretch to a perfect smile full of straight white teeth.

"My name is Damon. You are?" I see his lips move and focus on his voice, I blink a few times that's not the name of the boy I remember.

"I'm Annabella, but my friends call me Bella or Bells." I rush out, realizing I've let a few moments slip before answering.

"Alright, that should be all!" Max hollers coming in with the last box, I quickly pull my hands back and step away. Damon puts the box on the floor.

"Oh my gosh thank you so much for your help." Luna says, coming in the house another girl with a baby in her arm and two little kids. "This is my oldest Lucy, my two youngest Emma and Paxton, and our newest addition Grayson." They all smile at us eyes just the same black, the only color being the whites in their eyes. 

"Mom don't forget Damon." Lucy says, nudging her mother's shoulder making her laugh. 

"Well it's been nice meeting you all, but we have to get going." Sebastian says, I can feel his uneasiness from where I stand, as much as I can feel the heat radiating from Damon standing close behind me.

"Maybe we can through the ball around sometime." Seth says, walking to me and wrapping his arm around me pulling me to the door but directing the offer to Damon.

"I would like that." Damon says, just as we all step over the trench hold of their house and closing the door behind us.

"Am I the only one thinking that their eyes are a bit freaky or is it just me?"Max says, as we open the front door to my house. We all nod and head upstairs to get ready. I shower and get dressed, I look at myself on more time and walk out of my room.

    I walk out of my room and the boys are waiting there for me shocker, not. Max's facial expression is to die for, haha his jaw almost hit the floor. The guys all decided to wear loose black pants, a white undershirt with a black button up shirt and black sneaker, I decided to wear a black pair of ripped skinny jeans, a white tank top with a leather jacket and knee high boots. Since we know there is a hundred percent chance of running into Clarissa and them, we all also have a mask in our hands . We start making our way down the stairs , we say goodbye to our parents and head outside. The guys get on their motorcycles, not feeling like riding mine I jump in the back of Max's and we are off to the party. I can feel eyes on me behind me as we speed of. When we get there three hours later we get off, I grab a hold of Max's hand to steady myself. He grips my hand tightly, and together we walk towards the front doors.

"Ahh I knew I would see you here!" Nicholas says, throwing the door open.

"You asked for my help Nicholas, I'm here to help!" I let go of Max's hand and hug Nicholas. 

"So you two finally together?" Nick asks, wiggling his eyebrows at us suggestively. My brothers grunt, but they are used to people asking that.

"Not like that!" I say hitting him on the arm. I look behind me to Max so I can see his face at my response, he just looks at me with twinkling blue eyes and winks.

      After that we all walk inside and straight to the dance floor and start dancing and singing along to the music. We are all having so much fun I didn't even notice when Clarissa, Ethan, Cameron, Kristal, her brother Alec and Allison with some other hunters walk in.

    Max is in the middle of spinning me around when I first see them, I don't try to run or anything because this house is full of Downworlders. Making it perfect cover for me, instead I nod in their direction. My brothers nod and we all start making our way to Nicholas room. Once in the room Max and I walk to one of his chairs, I go to sit down next to him and he throws his arm behind me. My brothers sit across from us looking pissed to be so close to Shadowhunters. We can hear Nicholas walk up with them, then they enter the room.
