Chapter 29: Don't you dare

I walked to the building and opened the door, looking around for Enid and Thomas.
They were nowhere to be seen.
"Enid?" I called.
No answer.
"Enid!" I called again.
Still. No answer.
I looked around until I spotted Thomas.
He has a wide smile across his lips.
"Where's Enid?" I asked, slowly walking over to him.
Thomas rolled his eyes and laughed, shaking his head.
"Where is she?" I asked him.
He kept on laughing.
"Where the hell is Enid?!" My voice grew louder as my face went closer to his face.
Thomas stopped laughing, but I heard a few giggles escape his lips.
"What did you do to her?"
Then finally, he spoke.
"I locked her in a closet." He said, grinning from ear to ear.
My fists clenched together in anger.
"Let her out."
"Not until I kill you... Or her first if you want."
I narrowed my eye at him.
"Don't you dare."
"I will kill her right now..." He says as he pulls out a gun from his pocket.
My eye went to the gun first, then back to Thomas. "If you want me to." He finishes.
I kept my eye on him. "I'll kill you if you kill her, throw you in a pit and leave you to die... Hell, I would feed you to the walkers if I have to."
Thomas breathed out a chuckle.
"You really love her... Don't you?" He asked.
"With all my heart."
Just then, I heard a loud bang.
I felt huge pain in my left shoulder, so I covered it with my right hand, shutting my eye.
"Scream... Scream for your dad. Scream your lungs out." He mutters in my ear.
I opened my eye back up, my teeth clenched together.
"Let Enid go!" I shouted, but he kicked me on the back of the knee, making me fall forwards, but I caught myself, using two hands of course.
He knelt down beside me, holding the gun to my head.
"You filthy rotten bastard... You should have been dead the day you were born." He mutters in my ear.
I heard the door swing open and some footsteps running in my direction, then stop.
I looked to my left and saw...
