" We scream. We shout. We are the Fallen Angels!" Andy sang along with his own voice as the radio played ' Fallen Angels '.

"Damn I'm a pretty badass song writer, Huh?" He said as he leaned over, nudging my shoulder.

I chuckled, making a silly face. "Of course, I wouldn't have descibled you any other way." I smirked.

His laughter filled the car. His sweet, loud laughther. The same laughter I've been dying to hear for the past years. It gave me light shivers down my spine and I couldn't help but smile big. I looked over at him, watching him drive as he contiuned to laugh.

A moment ago I told myself he was a jerk, but in reality he was very sweet. He was still the same Andy I had met that day on the bus. He was my bestfriend, but he is still the same lovable, yet crazy Andy. I smiled to myself, my eyes shifting over to his wrist. He still had his tattoo. The tattoo that I had done a couple years ago. God, it looks so bad. I sucked ass when I did it.

"Nice tattoo, Andy." I told him, pointing towards his wrist.

He looked down to his wrist and chuckled. "Thanks. My best friend did it a while back ago." He looked to me and smiled. " Remember I told you how you have the same name as my best friend ?"

I am your best friend.

"Yes." I said.

"She's the one that did it."

"Oh, well she did a um .. pretty good job." I chuckled.

He smiled looking back to the road. "She did, I love it. The two A's stand for our first initials in our names. Andy and Aspen. I thought it was cute in a weird way." He said.

I laughed quietly to myself and nodded.

"How about you? Why is it that the last time I saw you , you had your right hand covered as you do now?"

The words actually caught me off guard. I had forgotten about my gloved hand. What should I tell him? That I have a tattoo that he did? Or lie ? I'm better off telling him a complete lie.

" I .. um had an accident when I was little and I have this big ugly scar that I hate to show. So, I cover it up so people don't look at it." I explained.

God, it hurt to lie to him. I have never lied to Andy in my life, but I couldn't tell him the truth.

"I'm sorry to hear that, Aspen." He spoke softly.

"Don't worry about it." I assured him.

He nodded and contiuned driving.

The rest of the drive was slience. No one said anything. No one did anything.  It was completely silence. I hated it, but it was for the best. Now all I can do is just rest back on my seat and wait until we get to Sammi's house. Which I hope is really soon.
