Michael gasped. He surprised himself thinking that. He does love Luke and he definitely wants to hold onto him forever and ever. Luke made him feel loved again and that's something he should cherish forever.
He suddenly stopped crying. He wiped his tears and ran down to the elevator. He quickly got in and waited impatiently for his stop. He got out and ran across the street to the restaurant where he saw his mom crying into Eric's chest as they hugged tightly.
He stopped walking when he saw Luke. He was laughing at something Calum said. His smile was big and bright. His eyes crinkled and looked almost like they were closed. He was red in the cheeks but still beautiful. His oceanic blue eyes were watery from how hard he laughed. He still had a small smile as he calmed down and took a sip of his drink. He turned and saw Michael standing there, immediately his eyes brightening up again. Michael walked over there and smiled at him.
When should he tell him? He has to get a ring and everything. He can't tell him here because he'd take attention away from his mother's wedding. He couldn't do that to her.
He didn't know when but he knew it had to be soon. When you love someone this much it's hard not to do something about it.
"Hi daddy!" Luke beamed. Michael smiled and kissed his lips softly before pulling away.
"How about you call me Michael for a while, yeah? If you're okay with that." Michael asked quietly, his lips only a centimeter away from Luke's.
Luke nodded and giggled, grabbing Michael's cheeks and kissing him once more before pulling away.
"Love you." Luke said with a smile.
"I love you too." Michael said and he hoped Luke knew just how much.

Saturday, the wedding day
Michael smiled as Eric laughed at whatever Luke was telling him. They were in Eric's hotel room getting him ready. Ashton, Calum, and Emerson were fixing his hair to make it perfect while Luke and Rick (Michael's uncle, Emerson's father) folded and smoothed out his tux. He wore a blue silk one that would match his mother's blue silk dress. They didn't want to go with white again since that's the color she did with her first husband.
"How do I look?" he asked.

"Great. You look good. Hey, Luke I'm gonna go check up on my mom, I'll be back." he said and ran out to his mother's room. He knocked and his aunt and Eric's mother answered.
"Hey, just came out check up on my mom." he smiled. They nodded and let him in. He walked to the bathroom where she was. Her hair was up in a beautiful bun and a long vail attached. Her dress was beautiful as well.

"Hi Mikey, how do I look?" she asked with a big smile. Michael couldn't stop smiling either because she looked absolutely wonderful and he was so happy he got to witness one of her wedding days.
"Absolutely stunning." he laughed and hugged he lightly, trying not to wrinkled the dress or anything. He said goodbye so he himself could get ready. Since he was Eric's best man.
He nodded to the brides maids who were in pretty blue dresses.

Michael couldn't stop smiling. His mother looked so beautiful from behind the door. Everyone was paying attention to the front where he and Eric were waiting with the brides maids and the groomsmen. He patted Eric's back as the music to 'Here Comes The Bride" began.
Eric let out a shaky breath as Karen came through the door, arms locked with Rick's since her father passed already. She looked so beautiful and everyone was standing and smiling and so happy. Michael loved seeing his mother so happy.
She stopped in front of them and Eric took her hand and helped her up. They stood in front of each other and smiled wide.
As the pastor said the speech Michael's eyes drifted to Luke who was standing behind him. He had to be a groomsmen since some of Eric's family didn't approve of him wearing a dress and being a bridesmaid. He looked stunning either way. Michael couldn't help but think how he'd look on their wedding day.
"Michael." Eric said again, getting Michael's attention. He muttered 'huh' and Eric sighed and said, "The ring, please."
"Oh, yeah." he said and gave him the rings sitting on the small pillow. Eric slipped it on Karen's finger and smiled at her.
"You may now kiss the bride." and so he did. Michael fake gagged and looked away to see Calum, Luke, and Ashton fake gagging and giggling. He looked down and saw Harry, Louis, and Emerson fake gagging and clapping. He laughed at how immature most of the boys here were.
Karen and Eric walked down the isle and the girls gathered up. Karen turned around and lifted her bouquet. Michael laughed as Louis and Luke ran over there as well.
Karen through it across the room behind her, making it land in some random girls hands. She and her friends giggled and squealed, including Luke who was asking her questions about who she planned on marrying.
Michael knew he planned on marrying Luke.
+ SUNDAY AT HOME
Michael carried Luke out of the taxi. He had fell asleep in the car and on the plane again. They entered the house where the four other boys were sleeping on the couch. The TV was playing 101 Dalmatians and Louis and Harry were cuddled up leaning on one side of Ashton while Calum slept on the other side. Michael smiled and put Luke down on the love seat and sat down, putting Luke's head in his lap.
He smiled at all his friends. He was glad he knew them all. He was glad that this point in his life was good. And whatever came next just came next, but for now he enjoyed this.
And he wasn't sure when or how he would ask Luke to marry him. He wasn't sure how he'd spend the rest of his life or where or with what people, but he hoped it was these guys in front of him.
Michael's heart was back together. His walls were down. He felt love and happiness. His mother was happy with her life and even though he knows he probably doesn't deserve it, he's hopes his father is happy wherever he is.
Because Michael is definitely happy where he is.
