Chapter 5: Thinking

Danny's POV

As I flew away from the scene I look back to see Dipper on his knees tearing up, Wendy and Mabel rush to Dippers aid and they all watch me just fly away...

I wish I could just fly away forever...

Dipper's POV

I fall to my knees and watch as I see my ghost fly away into the clouds, I begin to start crying, but why? And why did he save me? After all I did to Danny, he still came back to Ford's and I's aid.

"D-Danny...please, i'm sorry..." I whisper under my breath, I turn my head to Wendy and Mabel running to my side.

"Yo Dipper?! are you ok?!" Wendy said as she was trying to help me up.

"Dipper...? are you crying...?" Mabel wiped my tears.

"W-Why!!! Why did he help me! after all I did to him why did Danny help me!!! I don't understand!" I punched the ground in confusion.

"Ford ran back to the shack Dip... he's after Danny!" Wendy told me holding my arms tightly.

Just fly fly fly fly fly away...

Dipper's POV

"Then we have to get back there before he does! this time I save Danny!"

We quickly get up and start running to the shack.

"I have an idea, Mabel grappling hook"

Wendy took the grappling hook from her and grab both of us in her arms, we got to the shack in no time. We run inside to see in ford is there, hes not were early.

Ford's POV

I quickly start running inside to see the kids standing inside the shack, they looked like they where waiting for me, I don't have time for this!

"kids move! You should've never let him free you never know what he could do to kill us all!"

Wendy took a few steps toward me.

"Look buddy! he just saved your nephew's life! why would he kill anyone!"

I Couldn't take it I needed to get to my lab-

Danny's phone started to ring from the countertop.

I went to answer it, but Wendy got to it before me giving me this dead look.

"hello who is this?"

"Yea I am Wendy..."

"h-he what?!"

"y-yea I k-know a-about him being a g-ghost..."

Wendy became red and bashful.

Then her eyes widened.

"Thanks Sam..."

She put the phone her jeans, tied her plaid jacket around her then put her hair in a high ponytail.

"he left the town, no point in searching for him now, we wait."

All night she scanned the door only taking breaks for bathroom and that was it.
Where is that phantom...
