Meeting For the First Time

You have just moved into a new apartment in New York. There are too many boxes to count in your undecorated apartment and you are stressed out of your mind. Between moving, your boyfriend breaking up with you, and a new job it's very stressful. You need to get your mind off things so you decide to go to the cute coffee shop you saw on the way here. It's about 10 in the morning so you don't have proper clothes on, you find the nearest shirt there and throw it on. Then you grab your keys and walk out of the apartment. It's not a very big place but it will work for now. While you are driving you start to think about your new job as a clothing designer. For your first job you have to come up with an outfit that will impress your new manager. You have no idea how to impress him but know that very few get this opportunity. The theme was a nice fall outfit that is casual but stylish. You have no idea what to do for that so to get your mind off of it you turn on the radio. Twenty One Pilots comes on with one of their songs from the album 'Blurryface' called Ride. After that you pull into the coffee shop's parking lot and walk in. When you walk in it looks like a pretty modern shop, almost like Starbucks. You walk in line and notice in front of you is an attractive man that you recognize as Josh Dun from Twenty One Pilots. You don't say anything in fear that you would make a complete joke out of yourself and wait for him to finish ordering. When he's finished ordering the man behind the counter hands him his drink. Josh turns around bumping into you and spilling his coffee all over you. "I'm so sorry! Here, let me help you clean that up," He says grabbing napkins. "No, it's fine. You don't have to." You say taking the napkins and patting them on the places where the coffee spilled. "How about I buy you a coffee?" He asks you. "You don't have to, really. I'm fine" You say back declining his offer. He looks at your shirt and smirks when he sees what it says. You look down, realizing it was a Twenty One Pilots shirt, and laughed. "I didn't realize I spilled coffee on a fan." He said smiling. "Oh, your Josh Dun...I didn't realize." You said smiling. "Yeah, how about you?" He asked. "I'm Y/N." You said still smiling. "Well Y/N I'm buying you a coffee whether you like it or not." He said walking to the counter again. After you guys ordered he asked you to sit down with him. You guys then talked about what's going on in your lives and you really hit it off with him. "So, we should hang out sometime?" He asked. "Sure, give me your phone so I can put my number in." you said. He then gave you his phone and you entered your contact information in it. Then you gave it back and waved goodbye to him. You watched him walk away into a taxi and drive away. You didn't realize it now, but that was the start of a great friendship.
