Secrets and Love

Ze's POV

My eyes widened as Chilled kissed my cheek. I didn't think he would go through with it. "Oh kay. I think we're done. See you guys tomorrow" Smarty said, standing up and grabbing his sweatshirt. Chilled refused to meet my gaze as he got up and left with Smarty. "Yeah. Good night guys". I waved goodbye to Chilled, but he didn't return the gesture. "That was fun". "Yeah. Sure". "Don't worry. He'll pull through. I know he will". I nodded and grabbed my laptop. "Don't stay up too late, alright". I nodded and logged onto Skype. I had asked for Anthony's Skype before we got to the dorm. I typed his name and I started a chat between the two of us.

ZeRoyalViking: you can't ignore me forever. I didn't mind.

ChilledChaos: Yeah I know. Trust me we'll probably be hanging out all the time.

ZeRoyalViking: is there something I should know about? Just wondering. I don't want things to be awkward between us.

ChilledChaos: promise you won't tell the others? This is just between us. And if you say anything, I will murder you.

ZeRoyalViking: of course. My lips are sealed.

ChilledChaos: could we do this in person? Smarty just fell asleep.

ZeRoyalViking: I'll meet you outside in 5. GaLm just fell asleep too.

I closed my laptop, grabbed my phone, sweatshirt and shoes, and ran outside. Chilled beat me and was already sitting on the grass in front of the building. "What do you want to tell me" I asked, sitting down next to him. "Are you homophobic" he asked, still not meeting my gaze. "Of course not. Some of my closest friends are gay". "Good". He leaned over towards me, put a hand on my cheek and kissed me. And instead of pulling away, I pulled closer. My first kiss was just as perfect as I had imagined. "Should I explain" he asked, pulling away. "In a minute". I pulled closer and kissed him again. I didn't want this to end. The moment was perfect. "Now you can. I'm all ears". "I'm gay. I have been since I was fourteen. You were the first person who didn't hate me for it. That's why I wanted to leave New York so bad. My parents made life a living hell". I looked at his face, his eyes welling up with tears. "You want to know somethin" I asked him, wiping the tears away. He looked at me. "I'm bisexual. I have been for about a minute". "All aboard the LGBTQ train". I laughed. "Do we tell anyone" I asked. He shook his head. "This can be ours". I smiled and scooted towards him. He wrapped and arm around my shoulders and rested his head on mine. "The stars are out" I pointed out". "And they're shining as bright as your eyes". I could feel my cheeks turning red. "Can you name some". "Casseopia, Ursa Major, Ursa Minor" he said, pointing to each one. "There's Cygnus, Capricorn, and Aquila" I said, pointing out the ones I knew. "You're super smart, you know that" he asked. I nodded. "I try". We both sighed. "Its getting late. We should probably go back inside". I nodded and helped him up. "This was nice. One more for luck" I asked him. I stood on my tiptoes and kissed him. "Thank you for listening" Chilled said. "Anytime".
