{Laura}

Finally today is Friday and I can't wait to have fun with my bestie, Bella. There's a party right by this abandoned parking lot where they race cars and talk about their cars. Like a car show. I was in class trying to stay up but the teacher was talking so slow. Everybody was already sleep. "Aye, you Kendrick girl" some boy said.

"No, not really" I said.

"You mean not yet" he chuckle.

"Mr. Landry do you want to talk your way to the principal office, you and Ms. Wilson" the teacher said.

"No mam" he said. Everybody in class started laughing.

"So y'all together or not" why he needs to know so bad.

"Umm, we're just talking"

"Ok, I'm just asking, I'm new here" he held his hand out.

"I'm Laura, Laura Wilson" I shook his head.

"I'm Jarvis, Jarvis Landry" he smile. Right when I was bout to say an other word, the bell ring. Yes, time to go home. I grab my bag and walk out of class. When I was walking, somebody grab pull me a bit. It was Kendrick.

"Hey mamacita" he said.

"Hi Kendrick" I said smiling.

"You going to the street race tonight"

"Yeah, Bella picking me up tonight" he nod his head.

"Ok, can't wait to see you" he kiss my cheeks. I started blushing like crazy.

"Bye Ken" I walk away. Odell was standing there talking to his friends. "Hey Odell"

"Hey Laura" he hug me tight. I can feel his hands traveling down my back. What is he doing?

"Uhh, Odell" I move his hands.

"What's up" he smirk.

"I see you at the party" I walk away going to my car. I know what Odell trying to do. Its like a war zone between him and Kendrick.

{Laura house}

"I don't know what to wear" I whined and sat on my bed. Bella was reading ebony magazines. "And your not helping out"

"I'm sorry, wasn't you the fashion expert" she said laughing.

"Yeah but I don't see anything that's comfortable" I got up walking to the closet.

"How about those jeans with a crop top and your timberlands" Bella said. I pick out the clothes she said. It does look good tho.

"Thanks Bella, your a life saver" I walk in the bathroom to put my clothes on.

"Hurry up" Bella semi yelled.

{Street race}

Me and Bella walk around looking for Odell. I didn't see Kendrick anywhere so might as well find my best friend. "It's pack here" I said.

"I know, I wonder who's racing" Bella said grabbing my arm.

"LAURA, OVER HERE" I heard somebody said. I turn around and saw Odell with his friends. I walk over to them with Bella behind me.

"Hey oddie" I said. He chuckle shaking his head.

"Still calling me that dumb ass nickname huh"he laugh.
