Odell laid me down in my bed then turn the TV on so my mom won't here us talk. "You ok" he said sitting on the bed.

"Y-Yeah, I guess" I stutter ready to cry. Why would Kendrick do something like that. I shook my head wiping my tears.

"Let them fall, I want to believe that your hurt" he said.

"What?" I look at him.

"Let your tears fall, when you said you was OK, It was like you didn't care what just happen" he stood up.

"Odell I do care what just happen, I was almost rape" I cried. I cover my face so he won't see my ugly face.

"Baby girl don't cry, it's ok ima be there for you" he kiss my cheek. All of a sudden Brandon and my mom bust in the door.

"What happen to her!" My mom ran to me. She hug me then kiss my cheek. "You ok, Laura what happen"

"What you did her Odell!" Brandon yelled.

"No it wasn't him, it was..." I stop. If I tell, they would punish me.

"Just tell them Laura" Odell said.

"It was Kendrick" I said with tear running down my eyes.

"What he did" my mom said.

"Almost rape her" Odell blurting out. Can he keep his mouth shut.

"He what!" My mom yelled. "You let him touch you"

"No mom I didn't, I was trying to fight him off" I cried. "Why would you say something like that" I got up and walk out my room.

I stayed in the room with Laura mom. They looked disappointed. "She's right, why would I say that" Ms. Wilson cried.

"Odell do you know this Kendrick guy" Brandon ask.

"Yeah he go to our school" I said. Brandon nod his head.

"K, tomorrow we gone go to the school and have a little chat with Kendrick" I nod my head. I wonder what he gone do to Kendrick. If he beating his ass, count me in.
