Nightmares

Naruto pov

It's the middle of the night when I'm awoke by a whimpering of sorts i sit up looking around for the source of the noise when my eyes finally land on Sasuke's form trembling and whimpering under the blanket.

"Sasuke" i whisper "Sasuke" i try a little louder but he still won't wake up,

finally i shake him while call his name.

Sasuke pov

Sasuke.... Someone says in a menacing sing song voice "who's there" i ask frantically looking around trying to find the source of the voice "it's me" the same voice from before calls,

"show you're self" i call trying to find whoever is messing with me,

"I'm right here" i turn around and come face to face with myself,

suddenly it morphs into itachi "I'm you, you are me, we are one in the same" it says to me with a smirk plastered across it's face,

"no I'm nothing like you" i turn and run into the endless black abyss,

"Sasuke" i keep running as fast as i can "Sasuke" it sounds like it's getting closer "LEAVE ME ALONE" i yell picking up speed "SASUKE"

suddenly i trip and fall looking back i wish i hadn't there's naruto laying there covered in blood it's everywhere his eyes are open but they look dead,

i shuffle back trying to get away from the horrible sight in front of me i must've went over a edge or something because i fell,

but something was strange i just keep falling for what seems like a eternity until i suddenly fall into what i thought was water at first only to see a pool of red blood surrounding me,

i scream and try to get out of it but there is not a speck of land as far as the eye can see,

"SASUKE", something grabs my shoulders and pulls me down under the blood "ahh help" i call before being completely submerged "Sasuke wake up",

what who was that "Sasuke come on wake up" naruto is that you,

i have to wake up now.

Naruto pov

Sasuke suddenly jumps up looking terrified out of his wits he clings to me shaking out of control i rub his back trying to calm him down.

After a while Sasuke had called down enough to tell me what happened.

He had a nightmare was it my fault for making him watch a horror film.

"Sasuke are you ok" shaking his head he snuggles into me resting his face on my shoulder,

i lay down placing Sasuke on my chest and wrapping my arms around his waist,

i place a small kiss on the top of his head and try to get back to sleep.
