After I'd changed into my new outfit, I returned to Astrid. She grinned and nodded approvingly.

"I like our leathers on you. It fits your body ... perfectly." She cooed in her seductive voice. "Turn around; let me see you from behind."

I did a quick spin, feeling a bit uneasy. I looked at her for more approval.

"Good, good!" She crossed her arms. "Now I think it's time you go meet your new family. Once you are acquainted with everyone, talk to Nazir. He should have a few spare contracts for you."

I frowned, shrinking inside my armor. "But Astrid ..."

"Hmm?"

"I - I'm not exactly comfortable in my armor. It's a bit too tight." I stumbled over my words, daring to look her in the face.

She chuckled. "Ah, Torra. Young, young Torra," she ran a bare hand through my honey brown hair. "You'll have to adjust to it. It will be a bit ... uncomfortable at first, but give it a week or two. If it still isn't working for you, I can ask Festus if he has a spare set of robes."

I nodded, letting out a quick release of breath. "I'll just give it time. I'm sure the leathers are tight for a reason, right?"

"Of course. It's meant to meld to your body. For utter silence when you're working on a contract. Can't be caught by the city guard, now can we?" She chuckled again.

"What happens if I do get caught?"

She waved her hand through the air dismissively. "Other than you get a bounty and you have to go to jail, nothing. I understand sometimes you just can't be completely stealthy. Just put forth your best effort, Torra."

I nodded.
