You see a group of girls staring at you and Jacob. They smile at you two when he's looking, but when he's not looking, they indicate you getting your head cut off. You run out of the classroom crying and Jacob runs after you.
Jacob: "Y/n! Wait! Stop, tell me what's wrong!"
You ignore Jacob and keep running. Your eyes are full of tears and you can't see so you didn't know that there was someone in front of you. You run into the boy and knock him over. He sees that you are crying and just holds you in his arms in the middle of the hallway. Jacob is instantly by your side talking to you but you don't listen. The boy holding you whispers softly in your ear that you are safe and everything is okay.
Jacob: "Y/n! Why the hell didn't you stop running!" He hugs you tightly and you hug him back. You explain about the mean girls threatening you.
Jacob: "They're just jealous because I like you more than them. They're just fans, that's all."
You: "I hate them."
Jacob: "Ditto." Jacob turns to the boy who is still holding you. The boy lets you go and helps you stand.
Jacob: "Thanks for helping her Hunter."
Hunter: "No problem nerd! Who is your lovely accomplice you have there Jacob?"
You: "Y/n."
Hunter: "So nice of you to 'drop in' like that y/n."
You all laugh at Hunter's joke then walk out of the school.
Hunter: "Y/n, are you coming to Jacobs party tonight?"
Jacob: *subtly kicks Hunter then whispers to him* "I haven't asked her to come yet."
Hunter: "Sorry Jacob."
You: "May I come to the party tonight Jacob?"
Jacob: "If course you can! I want you to meet all of my friends."
You: "Okay! I'll see you at your house at 6pm, okay?
Jacob & Hunter: "Sounds great! See you there!"

You: "Mom!"
Mom: "Yes sweetie?"
You: "Can I go to my friend Jacob's party tonight?"
Mom: "Well..."
