"HEY BIGGUMS!!"yelled Jerome as he ran into the house.That crazy bacca boyfriend of mine.(F*** YEA! puttin' some Merome up in dis!)"Hey dood"i replied.He tripped on his axe and fell face forward onto the floor making me have a laughing fit.He started saying something but i couldn't hear since his voice was muffled by the rug underneath him,all i heard was"mmfhfphhghpfhg!!mmfhfphpgh!!" I still couldn't hear cause he wouldn't get up,so I went and helped him up."What were you saying?"i said,still laughing.He seemed excited,"SKY SAID..WE GOTTA..GO OVER TO..HIS HOUSE!..HE SAYS HE..HAS GREAT NEWS!!" "Ok,and might i ask,one..where's the food
you went to get?and two,...why do you smell like fish?" i held back a chuckle.An embarrassed look replaced his excited one immediately."O-Oh,i uh,i sorta fell into the pond when i went fishing,and i guess i got a bit excited when Sky called and accidentally left the food near the pond."he said rubbing the back of his neck
"Heh,S-Sorry"I chuckled,"It's ok biggums,we'll get it later." "Ok."His smile returned and he hugged me,then looked up at me."What?" he smiled and said,"Oh,nothing."He left a quick peck on my cheek and ran to the bathroom,saying he wanted to take a shower before we left."you need one you smelly bacca"i smiled and muttered under my breath.
"HEY!I HEARD THAT!!"That just made me laugh and i went to the room to find my favorite red and black checkered shirt.Then i noticed a little box in the pocket of one of Jerome's suits.I grabbed it,"Hmm?..What is ths?I couldn't open it because it had a small lock on it. I tried to look for a key,but i couldn't find one.I tried shaking it to see if i could hear anything,that didn't work.It was just a small wooden box.I sat on the bed and started trying to fugure out what it was,then Jerome came out of the bathroom already dressed."Hey!You ready to go?"he noticed me holding the box and his smile faided slightly."What's this Jerome?"i asked,just out of curiosity.He stuttered a bit."I-I uh..umm..It-It's just, uhh.." he looked nervous,"Nah dood,it's ok.i was just curious."and tossed the small box to him.He quickly caught it and shoved it in his pocket.I just shrugged it off and went to finish getting ready.I wonder what he's so nervous about...
~~Jerome POV~~
Me and Mitch were running a bit low on food, so i told him i'd go get some.He hugged me and said,"Be careful biggums,don't get lost now"he smiled and i said,"Oh quit it,you're starting to sound like my mom."that just made him laugh."Still,just be careful,ok?" I nodded and he kissed me right before i was out the door.
I grabbed a fishing pole and walked towards the small pond that was near by our house.I sat down,let go of the line and waited for a bite.I had already caught plenty of fish pretty quickly and was about to head home when my phone rang.It was Sky."Hello?""Hi Jayroomee!!" i laughed,"Hey,what's up?"
"Well me and Ty have some great news to tell you and just wanted to know if you and Mitch could come by later?" He sounded happy, and for some reason, that got me excited so I yelled,"Sure! I'll go tell him and we'll be there in a few hours!""Ok,see ya."then he hung up. I slipped, making me fall into the pond, but I just got out, shook the water out of my fur and started running home, not noticing I had left al the fish at the pond. I reached the door and burst through the door "HEY BIGGUMS!" I yelled. Mitch replied "Hey dood." and before I knew it, I ended up tripping over my axe and faceplanted on the floor. Luckily it was just carpet. That just made Mitch start laughing furiously and I smiled.
I still hadn't gotten up, so when I tried talking, my words came out muffled. He finally came to help me up, still laughing, he said, "What were you saying?" "SKY SAID..WE GOTTA..GO OVER TO..HIS HOUSE!..HE SAYS HE..HAS GREAT NEWS!!"I was laughing and panting since the fall knocked out a bit of my air. "Ok, and might I ask, one.. where's the food you went to get?And two,...why do you smell like fish?" he looked like he was gonna laugh and I realized I left all the food at the pond. "O-Oh,I uh, I sorta fell into the pond when I went fishing, and I guess I got a bit excited when Sky called and accidentally left the food near the pond. "I started rubbing my neck because I was a bit embarrassed."Heh, S-Sorry" he let out a small chuckle,"It's ok biggums, we'll get it later." "Ok." I smiled and hugged him. "What?" he said. I didn't realize I was staring at him. "Oh, nothing." I quickly kissed his cheek and told him was gonna go take a shower. I heard him mutter under hid breath, "you need one you smelly bacca" and he smiled. I turned, "HEY!I HEARD THAT!!" I shouted, then went back to the bathroom.
As i was taking a shower i kept thinking,what was so important that Sky wanted us to go over?I tried thinking of different reasns,but then i gave up.The water suddenly got cold.I quickly turned it off,"geez, didn't realize how long i was in here." I dried myself off and grabbed my black suit and trousers,put them on,then tightened the red tie that went along with it.I got out of the bathroom smiling and said"Hey!You ready to go?",then i noticed Mitch sitting on the bed holding the little box i had hid in my other suit.I just stood there frozen..he hadn't opened it had he?
Yes,it was a gift for him and all, but I was gonna keep it a secret a while longer. "What's this Jerome?" I snapped out of my thoughts as he said that. I didn't know what else to say and I started getting nervous, please tell me he hadn't opened it, "I-I uh..umm..It-It's just, uhh.." I managed to stutter. "Nah dood, it's ok. I was just curious." then he tossed it to me and I glanced at it, luckily it was still locked. I sighed and quickly stuffed it in my pocket. He went to finish getting ready. That was too close.
~~Mudkip POV~~
I was over at Jason's,or Truemu's,house playing some video games with him and Brice(goldsolace if ya didnt know ya butt).I was bored at my house so he had asked me if i wanted to come over,i asked if Brice could tag along,he said it was ok.We were in the middle of a game when my phone buzzed."Pause it,Sky's calling." "kay"and they waited.i answered the phone and put it on speaker.
"HEEYY MUDFEEEIIISSHH!!"i groaned at that answer"IM NOT A FISH!NOT COOL!" he just laughed"So Buttfish,"*sigh*Jason and Brice just chuckled"are you home right now?" "No,im with Brice,were over at Jason's,why?" "Oh,ok.hey,can u guys come over in a bit.We got some great news!" I looked over at the two."Wanna go?" "Sure"they both said. I went back to the phone,"Yeah,we'll be there soon."
"Ok,BYE JASON BYE BRICE!!..byeeee muuudddffeeiisssshhh!!!" "SHUT UP!" i laughed and hung up.I looked over and they were both in a fit of laughter. "Alright,guys,ha-ha..""S-Sorry"Brice replied trying his hardest to stop laughing."Well,I'm gonna head home for now,Brice?You comin'?" We said bye to Jason and left."I wonder what Sky wants.."Brice said."Huh?oh,yea"i was thinking the same thing.
"Oh,well,see you in a later..mudfish" he smirked and ran into his house. "YOU DO KNOW I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO YOU RIGHT?!" he just laughed "WHATEVER BUTTFISH!" and went inside.I unlocked the door to my house and went to get changed.About 2 hours later,me Brice, and Jason headed over to Sky and Ty's house.When we got there some of the others were there.Mitch,Jerome,Bodil,Tyler(munchingbrotato),Bashur,and Seto."Hey guys" "Hey" they all said.Ty was in the room."Where's Sky?" "Upstairs,he'll be down in a bit."
~~Ty POV~~
Well,so far Mitch,Jerome,Tyler,Bodil,Bash,and Seto were here.Sky went upstairs for a bit while we waited for the Mudkip,Jason,and Brice to arrive.Finally,they came."Hey guys"said Mudkip."Hey" we all said back."Where's sky?" "Upstairs,he'll be down in a bit."i said and smiled.Everyone else just talked for about 10 minutes when i finally yelled,"SKYYY!!" "WHAT!?" "YOU COMIN?EVERYONE'S HERE!" "oh, ok, COMING!"
He was soon running down the stairs and lunged himself into the spot next to me."HI GUYS!!...AND MUDFISH!" he yelled grinning.Mudkip just rolled his eyes."So,what did you guys want us to come over for?"Seto asked."Well,"Sky started,"you all know how me and Ty have been together for a while now right?" everyone just nodded."Well,guess what!?" "WHAT!!??" everyone yelled at once making me chuckle. I held up my hand and Sky pointed to the ring. "WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!" everyone started with their little "DDAAAAWWWW!!"s. Sky rolled his eyes and laughed.
"So,"Bodil asked, "When did he ask?" he asked me. That very contagious laugh, made everyone else laugh as well. "We went to the beach yesterday and no one was there, so SOMEONE,"* I pointed to Sky*,"decided to make their little move there." "Were you nerrrvous dood?" Mitch asked." Nah, I was pretty chill.." sky replied, holding back a laugh, trying to act tough "HA!, yeah right 'pretty chill' " I scoffed, "you were the one red as a tomato looking like you were gonna pass out or something if I didn't do anything!" I just laughed as he blushed. "So, when u guys planning on having the wedding?!" Bash yelled. "I don't know...Sky?" I looked at him, he just shrugged and faced all of them, "Well, I was thinking,maybe, you guys could help us out?"
