~~Sky POV(whoop!*and apparently suuuuuuper long...)~~
*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep* (no it isn't a car :P) "What?" Ow my back hurts, not as bad as before. I tried to sit up, also a little lightheaded for a moment but I was fine. "Dang this bed is soft.." Wait...bed? I looked around, slowly adjusting to the light. There were light blue walls, a TV, a table with medical equipment. The beeping seemed to be coming from the heart monitor next to me. Heart monitor? Hospital bed? I'm not dead? That means I'm awake! I'm alive! But how long have I been in here? A nurse walked in. (a/n not the one from before tho, don't worry if there are any nurses in my story(s), that is if I make more, they ain't slutty nurses. :) that's just not how I roll)
"Ah, feeling better I see? That's great, Sky,is it?" I nodded. "So, are you feeling any pain at the moment?" My voice was a bit weak, not having used it in a while, but I still forced myself to speak. "Eh.." I cleared my throat hoping it would help. "My back's a little sore and I woke up a little dizzy but I don't think I'm going to die from it." I joked. "Dizzy you said?" "Yes, why?" "Oh ok, I normally would have said that shouldn't have happened but I noticed that it says here you've been, in a coma for quite awhile, correct?" "Mhm." "Well then, no worries. That's normal.(a/n probably not BUT WHO CARES!?) Let's have a quick check to make sure everything's going good so far. That sound good?" I nodded. She wrote some things down on the papers on her clipboard while another nurse came in and changed my bandage.
They did some of the things you would normally do if you were having a check up. I wonder if Ty knows I'm awake. If not, well then, this would be fun. "Ok now, just take this medicine and it should kick in in about ten minutes or so. Once you the pain's gone we can call him up to your room ok?" She probably meant Ty, I know he wouldn't stay home. The nurse started to walk out then stopped by the door, "Just press that button on the remote right there if you need anything." "Oh, ok. Thanks." She shut the door behind her. I didn't want to sleep anymore, for awhile anyways. I switched on the TV and flipped through the channels. Why is there never anything good on? (a/n so true-.-)I stopped at some talk show talking about who knows what. It was probably twenty minutes or so when the nurse came in again."Need anything sir?" "Excuse me?" "You pushed the button." "I didn't push a bu-"
I looked at the remote where the button was. Whoops. "Oh, I'm sorry. I guess I sat on it and accidentally pushed it." "Oh that's ok. No harm done. Are you feeling better by the way?" "A lot. Whatever medicine that was did a pretty good job." She smiled. "I told you. Would you like us to call, um, what was his name again?" "Tyler." I knew he hated it when people called him by his full name but I'm gonna do it anyways. Just for fun. :) "Right, would you like us to call him up now?" "Go right ahead." She nodded and left the room once more. Ok, Ty's gonna be here soon. What am I supposed to say, if he doesn't blurt something out when he sees me that is. Should I just stay quiet and see? Oh well, I'll think of something eventually. Within five minutes or so, I could hear talking and footsteps somewhere out in the hall.
They got closer and closer each second. up. I listened and was able to make out a woman's voice by the door first, "When you're ready you can see him. If you need anything I'm up front.." she said something else I couldn't hear. I did hear Ty's voice after hers but couldn't tell what he said either. The door handle moved a bit, he was opening the door. I leaned against the head of the bed and waited. He walked in not looking right at me yet. I watched as he turned to shut the door and started pulling a chair over next to the bed. I chuckled softly, how does he not see me yet?
