Chapter 26

Jae's POV

when we reach our hotel, i quickly pack my stuff.

" Why in a rush ? " Brian who shared the same room with me asked.

" Hae yi.. She is in the hospital now and i need to go see her. " Tears started forming again. I thought about how i couldn't protect her and be there when she needed me.

" WH.. WHAT ?? " Brian started packing fast too.

" I think the rest of members need to know too.. Should i tell them ? " Brian ask. I nodded. I just want to go back as fast as i could right now.

After all the members heard the news, we all pack as fast as we could. Sungjin cried too because from what i heard from Hae yi, sungjin has a crush on her previously too.

I spotted Daeun on one corner with a girl and i ran over as fast as i could.
" Where is Hae yi ? " I panted.

" Inside the room.. Doctor is checking on her. "

" How is she ? "

" She hasn't woken up since the operation.. " Daeun started crying.

I plop down onto the chair and stare blankly in space. My mind is in a mess.. If only she didn't went to the camp.. If only our fanmeet and her camp didn't clash...

The members were standing there in shock too. Sungjin patted my back and tell me she's going to be alright.. I hope..

The doctor came out and i immediately stood up.

" How is she? Is she okay? When will she wake up? "

Sungjin hold my shoulder. " Jae, Pleass relax first "

I took a deep breathe and allow the doctor to talk.

" She is doing fine but there is one bad news.. " I open my eyes widely.

" What ??? " Tears are already welling up.

" She lost a bit of her memory because of the impact "

" Then when will she wake up ? "

" Maybe tomorrow or the day after "

Afterwards the doctor left. I went into the room to see Hae yi. Her head was well bandage and her sleeping face looks like an angel. I sat on a chair beside her bed and i held her hand with my both hands, bringing it close to my face.
While shes sleeping i was scanning through the little details on her face the whole time. Like how she had a small little mole below her right eye. How long her lashes were and how her nose was small and sharp. She was perfect. I never really concentrate on these details until now.

1 Day has passed but she hasn't woken up. I was awake the whole time and staring at her to see if she wakes up.

Someone open the door and came in.

" Erm who are you? " I look at her.

" My name is Yaeri. Me and Hae yi we just made friends and i'm really worried about her.. "

I nodded my head and she sat opposite of me and looking at Hae yi.

" Jae, you have to go home. You look tired. " Sungjin came in and told me.

" No it's okay i want to accompany her. "

Sungjin pull me up. " Listen Jae, we'll be here with her. You go back to the dorm to rest and i'll inform you if she wakes up. "

I have no choice to listen to the leader so i went home instead.

Sungjin's POV

After Jae left, i took over his place and sat on the chair. I stared at Hae yi and i felt so heartbroken.. This time i can't be there to save Hae yi from that guy..

" Erm Hello my name is Yaeri. " The girl sitting opposite of me broke my thoughts.

" Hello My name is Sungjin " I smile slightly at her.

Both of us accompany Hae yi for almost the whole day.

" Want to go eat something Yaeri? " I look at her and she look pale.

" It's okay i'll accompany her. " She replied weakly.

" No you should go eat something. You look pale. "

She nodded and when she was about to stand, she fall back down the chair. She was too weak to stand. I went over there and pull her up. One hand on her waist and her hand over my shoulder. I hold her to the cafeteria.

" Wait here, i'll go get you something " I went to get her a bowl of porridge.

I watch her take a fullspoon of porridge and eating it. She was even too weak to hold the spoon up.

I went over and sat beside her. I fed her slowly.

" Thank you " She smile slightly.

She has a beautiful smile..
