Second Thoughts [ Soonhoon ]

#4 - Jealousy

Seventeeen were all in the living room in their dorm, all of them are sitting on the floor, some members decided to watch on their television and the other are minding their own business.

Jihoon was giving slight looks to Soonyoung who didn't seem to sense any of it. Soonyoung was watching on the tv with a serious look, they were watching a suspense movie making some of the members silent and intently watch for the next scenes.

Jihoon sighed and continued doing his assignments, he was startled when someone sat beside him.

"Hey Jihoon!" Seungcheol said, they were also pretty close. But not as close as Soonyoung and him.

"Hi." He said, looking to his assignment again, Seungcheol laughed, he just wanted to see Jihoon not being so stressed.

"Something bothering you lately?" He said, Chan suddenly sat beside Seungcheol, making Seungcheol move up to Jihoon a little bit closer because Chan can't fit to the space.

"Oops, sorry! I like this place hyung."

Soonyoung suddenly looked at the two; Seungcheol and Jihoon, they were indeed pretty close, literally. As much he doesn't want to glare, it just happens that he was already doing it. He wondered why but he just watched in the tv again; not much interested like he was earlier.

"I'm fine Cheol." Jihoon said, when Seungcheol asked his question earlier again.

"You need to get your mind off things!" Seungcheol stated and closed Jihoon's notebook, making Jihoon look to him, since he doesn't have any choice.

"And? What do you think I should do?"

"Let's go to a café" Seungcheol said, Chan heard it. "Hey hyunggg~ I want to go too!" The maknae said energetically, Jihoon was going to say 'yes' but Seungcheol butted in.

"Nope, Jihoon and I are going together!" Soonyoung looked again, even there were screams because of the other members watching the movie, he heard it, as much as he didn't want to hear that right, he already did.

Chan whined and asked Jeonghan who was sitting beside him "Hyung! You could cook for me right?" Chan said, giving a puppy eyes again, Jeonghan chuckled and nodded. The two left the living room to go to the kitchen but Soonyoung notices that Seungcheol isn't still backing up to give Jihoon some space.

'This is irritating me.'

"So let's go?" Seungcheol said while smiling and Jihoon stood up. "Lemme just change."

And when Jihoon left, Seungcheol immediately looked up to Soonyoung who was rather shocked when Seungcheol looked and give a mocking smile that did offended him.

Was he still unsure of his feelings?

His feelings for Jihoon? Did he need to witness something like this first?

'No no no, Jihoon's my bestfriend that's why I'm....je- acting weird. Yeah.'

Soonyoung saw Jihoon and left with Seungcheol who was following him from behind. Soonyoung can't keep still, he was in a deep thought of what could happen between the two.

Wait does hyung even like Jihoon?

Was that considered a date?

Soonyoung stood up and excused himself, he can't handle anymore thoughts like that, it makes him feel, jealous. As much as he don't want to admit it. So he went into the kitchen; keeping his cool and asked Chan.

"Hey where did Jihoon went?" He asked, making sure he doesn't sound weird and awkward.

"To the café! I don't know what's the name though." Chan said and Soonyoung thought, there was many cafés in the town, how could he find the two?

"I think it's the newly opened one." Jeonghan opened up while focusing on what he was coooking so he didn't looked to either of them.

Soonyoung knows that place! He was basically, stopping himself from smiling and also stopping himself to go and spy on the two.

"O-Oh. Is that so? Thanks." Soonyoung said and stood up, he walked slowly out of the kitchen and when no one was looking, he quickly opened the door and sprinted towards the said café.

He can't believe himself.

He's really...jelous right now.
