Aiden's phone lights up at exactly twelve in the morning. It didn't matter that it had lit up anyway, he wouldn't have been disturbed, he was up all night, playing a computer game that he and his friends played until the early hours of the day.

He reached for his phone at the end of the table and took it. He swiped his green eyes over the text message and smiled. One of his friends, Christian, wanted to hang out later.

Christian Wilde was one of his closest friends, ever since they met in that dance studio, there was an unspoken agreement between them that they'd be close friends until their deaths. Not that Aiden can dance though, he was just there to pick up Jade and since she was taking an insufficient amount of time to leave, he just thought he'd go in and there, he met Christian who at that time, was also waiting for his younger sister.

Now that Christian wanted to hang out with him later, he couldn't wait, he had honestly been wanting to hang out with him since summer started and yeah, he was also kind of excited to meet the friends that his close friend would bring. He said he's invited a girl named Ivy Young, and two guys that were twins named Sean and Blake Collins.

Aiden ran a hand through his messy brown hair and went back to his computer. For now, it was all about CSGO and League Of Legends, but later, it would be all about Christian, Ivy, the twins and the baseball game that Christian would be playing in.

He continued to play his computer games until his friends started to slowly leave one by one, leaving the fun of their computer for the comfort of sleep. Aiden was the last one to log off his computer. He dragged himself to bed at four in the morning and covered himself with the plain white comforter that his mom bought him earlier this year.

When the brunette boy woke up again, it was two in the afternoon and he had approximately thirty minutes to get ready and be there in the field where Christian was going to be. He scrambled out of bed, only to hear his stomach growl and realize that he had not eaten breakfast or lunch.

Aiden shrugged it off and took a quick shower before putting on black jeans, adidas shoes and a black shirt with a white storm trooper on it as a design. He takes a grey jacket from his closet and puts it on before slipping his iPhone into the back pocket of his jeans.

He practically runs towards his car and puts the keys in the ignition before driving off towards the performing center.

When he gets there, there's almost fifteen minutes to spare. He walks towards the open field with tents pitched up and four rows of mono bloc chairs placed neatly below. Christian and his friends sat on the first row of seats and Christian almost immediately spots him. He makes his friends turn around and Aiden thinks that the world had stopped spinning.

There she was. Her dark wavy hair was a little longer than it was four months ago, but her purple, almost red glasses haven't changed and Aiden's little crush on her hasn't changed either. She looked at him with no sense of recognition at all, and to be honest, it kind of broke Aiden's spirit a bit.

On the bright side, Aiden thought, he finally knew her name. After months of searching through social media only to find virtually nothing, he finally finds her again. He's never been this nervous before. No, not when he asked out Maya or when he had that English presentation or when he went swimming for the first time.

He thinks it's more like the time he went swimming though, a part of him was for sure he would drown, but he couldn't help but dive in the depths of the swimming pool, and in this case, Ivy Young's life.

Aiden keeps walking until he reaches them and by now all four of them were standing up to greet him.

"Hey man," Christian says, greeting Aiden and puts an arm around his shoulders and introduces him to his friends.

"Guys, uh, this is Aiden Knight." Christian says, quietly. He was always been the quiet and awkward type of guy, the only time he was actually noisy was when he was with close friends. Which in this case was Aiden, and these three people.

"Christian Wilde!" Someone from the field called for him and Christian's eyes widened. "Crap, I have to go guys!" The boy raced off towards his teammates, pulling on is baseball jersey with a large #5 on it.

All four of them sit down, but this time, Aiden was beside Ivy. He faked surprised and said to her, "Hey, you're the girl from the supermarket! We got the same jar of Raspberry Jam!"

She blinked at him and said, "Sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about."

Ivy turned away from him and started talking to Blake. Who, by the look of his face, seemed like he liked her as much as Aiden did.

As Blake and Ivy talked, he switched seats to be beside Sean. He gestured to Ivy and Blake and asked Sean, "Are they always this flirty?"

Sean smirked and even heard that hint of jealousy that was in Aiden's tone. "Yeah, but it's all Blake. Ivy thinks they're just friends."

"Well, she's got a pretty weird definition of friend."

Sean laughs and nods before turning his face towards the stage. A few minutes later, he hears Ivy asking Sean to switch places with her. When he looks to his side again, there she was with her goddess like looks. Her dark hair was tied up in a high pony tail and something about the way her eyes shone made Aiden think that even if he could get amnesia, he would still be able to remember this and the way she looked tonight.

She leaned closer to Aiden and asked, "Why don't you tell me about the Raspberry Jam incident, I really want to know about it." Ivy grinned and so did Aiden.

"There's nothing to say about it really, we were just at the supermarket, we took the same jar at the same time and I ended up giving it to you." Aiden said, nonchalantly. Ivy nodded and snapped her fingers, trying to remember that faithful day in April.

"I'm sorry but I really don't remember." Her voice was music to his ears, it was so soft and he thought he could fall asleep just by the sound of it and it breaks his heart just to hear those words, but he only laughs it off.

"It's fine, really."

Ivy raises her eyebrows at him and says, "Hey, do you want to play twenty questions?" And he almost immediately says yes.

They play twenty questions until it was time for Christian's team to play. They enjoyed it thoroughly, but Aiden's happiness was caused by something else. Maybe it was the fact that he finally met the girl from the supermarket again? Who knows, but maybe Ivy does cause when it all ends, she gives him her number.

Aiden doesn't try to hide his elation and bids all of them goodbye. He thinks that maybe he's got a chance now. Maybe.
