Falling. It felt as if I was falling and it was neverending.
Falling was the only thing that my brain was registering. My body had gone numb partially due to the shock of what had just occurred back at home prior to my fall but also the worry of what lies ahead and what my mission was. It wasn't until the one moment when I noticed that I was very close to the earth, that I tried to work my wings but the force that was pushing me down was just too strong. I didn't even have time to retract my wings.
It all changed so quickly. It all changed so drastically; One second I was just falling but that quickly changed to pain, and aside all of the pain, was the colour of the forest around me, prior I had only seen the gardens above in heaven, but this was different. Green, everything is so lush, lively. Green was the chosen colour of the grass, trees, and other plants, while the magnificent purple flowers seemed to draw my attention as I painfully tilted my head upwards and suddenly the pain went away.
I don't know how long I laid on the forest floor, curiously memorized by the magnificent flowers. However I soon heard branches and twigs snap and crumple under the pressure, while the leaves made a horrible crunching noise, and instantly taking a deep breath in while my eyes opened wide I retracted my wings. The feeling was excruciating it was not impossible with a couple of unladylike, pain filled moans; only to turn over and lay on my back quickly, before the people walking came this way, and humane sleep over took my senses, leaving me in a ton of newly experienced wonder and not so comfortable pain.I awoke later, not knowing the time from the darkness that engulfed me, and all that I could possibly make out was a single light in front of the cage like doors that was hanging off of a single metal chain and cable. Without using any 'night-vision' as the humans call it, I came to figure that I indeed was in a cell of a prison, but not any prison, it smelt like dogs and rotting flesh, something completely strange and new to me in this strangely new world, that I must now call home. I must, but I won't, not until I feel at home. Although I have a feeling that I won't be calling this place home for a long time nut then again I may be wrong. Slowly getting up from the bed I received a heavy reminder that I was still wearing my armour. The door suddenly opened and in came the smell of dog, but all that I could see was a person, more clearly a man. He slowly, cautiously stepped into the light in front of my cell. He is no human. This was the time when I noticed that I was going to have to be extremely careful. This man was a werewolf of importance, and I was in a cell. I am their prisoner because I am the rogue. "State your name and where you come from." Spoke the wolf. I stepped into the little light that there was close to the bars. "Since my name is far too long and complex, please call me Ria Hael although I do not know where I am so I cannot say where I come from." The man looked at me with curiosity, "we found you asleep on our territory yesterday, and we know that you're not human." "Oh" was all that managed to come out of my mouth, especially with no clue on what else to say. "I promise though, I will help, be of service and do anything, and I will remain prisoner if you would like, but just get me out of the cell, I am normally the one that does the interrogating if things go bad, so this is unusual, however I promise that I will not do anything bad." The whole time that I spoke, curiosity never seemed to leave his face until a smile finally broke out on his face and he laughed. "Alright," he said, "my name is Beta Jakson, and welcome to the Sundowners Pack." The Beta let me out of the cell and just as we were about to leave the prison I remembered leaving my sword and shield in the lord's room and that I haven't messaged Michael. Michael. "MICHAEL!" Jakson stopped in his tracks and looked at me, "Excuse me?" "Whoops, I said that quite loudly, I was supposed to message my brother. We walked out and I came into view with the nature that surrounded me, all not too long ago. "One second" Jakson seemed puzzled at what I was doing. I took a leaf that fell on the floor, not wanting to pull one off of the tree and hurt the poor beauty. I held the leaf on my palm and blew onto it, "Too Michael, I am fine, let them know." And off went the leaf, my task was done. "What are you?" asked Jakson, "time will tell." Was all I said and then we were off to the center of the pack lands.
