I was walking into the cafeteria when I noticed a sign. It said, " Due to the incident on November 14th, Cheez-its are no longer allowed in the cafeteria! Thank you for your cooperation. Well I am sure that everyone knows what the incident was. Visions of the food fight whizzed through my head as if it happened yesterday. How this all started was that everyone was sitting in the cafeteria eating Cheez-its when Andrew and Bill at my table started arguing. Then a Cheez-it flew out of nowhere and hit Andrew on the cheek. Andrew must have thought that Bill threw it at him so Andrew threw one at Bill. Then The Great Cheez-it War Of November 14th, 2014 at KA and Roosevelt broke out! Everyone was throwing Cheez-its everywhere and at everybody. I got hit a couple times, most of the girls ducked underneath the tables, but some joined in. I had Cheez-its so I started throwing too. The supervisors called the office and the principals came down to the cafeteria. One kid was eating them off the floor, he had to go home after lunch. Another kid was laughing during the food fight and a flying Cheez-it went into his open mouth and he almost choked. The Principals had a talk with Andrew and Bill after the fight was broken up. When I got home the principal must have called everyone's families. My Mom said to me, "Emily, I better not get anymore phone calls about a food fight!" The smell of lunchroom food interrupted my thoughts. I sighed as I walked to the noisy lunchroom. As I ate my sandwich I thought I saw a saltine fly past my face. Oh no! Please tell me this isn't the "Outbreak Of Saltines" on November 17, 2014! Don't ban saltines for me too! I groaned and ducked underneath the table.
