Eight ; A New Suspect?

I walk cautiously out of the grocery store. I am still a bit on edge since Greg died. I know he only wanted the best for me, but I can't just move on. I get some strange looks from people passing by as I shove my groceries in the back seat.

I shake off the feeling of being watched and drive out of the busy parking lot. I make my way around traffic and end up at my temporary apartment. Since my home is currently a crime scene, I am forced to live in this ugly efficient apartment.

I grab a bunch of the groceries and quickly trudge my way up a flight of stairs. As I get to my apartment, I unlock the door and it swings wide open. I shuffle around and place my grocery bags on the counter along with my purse and phone. 

I turn on the television and hear the news being recorded. "And here we have Officer Doug Morales, Detective Niall Horan, and Doctor Harry Styles on their recent case." The Anchor-Man says throwing the camera angle to their press conference.

"Settle down, paps!" Officer Doug shouts in his microphone. "Alright, alright. So you know our recent case; Greg Moran." He states fiddling with his fingers. "Well we have a lead on this particular case." Detective Horan proudly says.

"What have you found?!" A paparazzi crew asks shooting her tape recorder in the air. "Well we cannot disclose any information to the public until all evidence we have found is official. I'm working on it now." Doctor Styles states. 

I turn off my TV and groan at the thought of Greg not being here with me. He would normally cuddle me and comfort me as much as possible in these types of situations. But of course, he has to be the dead one.

Who would want him dead anyways? He never had any enemies, as far as I knew. 

I think back to his ex girlfriends and he did tell me that one was crazy. What was her name again?

"Thank you for having me over, Greg." I smile warmly as he smiles back. "I'm just glad you got to meet my parents." "Tell me more about yourself... Like ex girlfriends? Pets?" I say curiously. "No pets but I have only had two previous girlfriends aside from you."

He starts. "One was named Gracen and the other was named Shauna. Gracen was alright but Shauna was crazy. I tried to break up with her numerous times and she denied every single one of them. At first, it annoyed me but after like the third attempt of breaking up with her she told me that I would 'regret' breaking her heart. Whatever that meant." He laughed.

Shauna... It couldn't be Officer Shauna, could it? I rush for my phone and as I do, I hear footsteps creaking up the steps of my house. My eyes go wide at the unlocked door and I run over to lock it. "You can't hide from me forever, Molly!" The oh-so familiar shrill shouts.

All I can think of is, Detective Horan, Officer Doug, Doctor Styles, anyone. Please save me.

Niall Horan - June 11, 2013

Harry and I hurry out of the press conference as I look on my cameras in Molly's apartment. "There's someone at the door, Harry!" I shriek as he hurries into the passenger side of the car. "I-Is that who I think it is?" Harry asks as I speed down the road to Molly's apartment.

"I think we just found a new suspect!" I say as I slowly pull into the apartment's drive way. Thank God the conference wasn't too far away from her apartment. I load my gun and get ready for a battle when I notice that the person was getting into their car and driving away.

We rush up the long flight of stairs and vigorously knock onto Molly's door. "Detective Horan, Doctor Styles!" She screams running up to hug both of us. "Molly, what happened?!" I ask frantic. "Well I think I know who did it. But she's on the run and we have to get her!"

"Wait, tell us who!" I call as she runs to her car. "No time! I know where she's going and we have to stop her!" I sigh and Harry and I run to our car to catch up with Molly.

What is going on with Molly? And who is the supposed killer?
