Luna's P.O.V.

Everyone got to the guild safely, needing desperate healing from the healers in the guild. Of course, I had brushed off my injuries and put everyone else's before mine, but Rowen literally kicked me in the shin to make me sit so he could heal my wounds. Asshole.

Now, I sit in the infirmary with a small smile on my face as Jellal and his youngest children talk in a low whisper a few beds down from me. Jessica and Ernestine have the biggest smiles on their faces, beaming at their father, but I can see the worry in their eyes because of his scarce condition. A slight image of Evelyn, Ella and Jason being completely shocked to see their father... and new siblings. I grin at the thought, remembering how Jason actually had tears in his eyes, and Evelyn having to calm him down. Ella was on another level, obviously she had Zeus there rubbing the small of her back the whole time as she said her first hello to her father... it was heart-touching.

My eyes snap downwards to a closer bed, where Juvia lays. She seems to be awake. I hop off my bed and move around to her side, grabbing a glass of water for the water woman.

"Hey there, Juvia. Feeling better?" I ask softly, hoping I'm not disturbing the Fernades' conversation.

Juvia sits up, rubbing the sleepiness from her eyes. "Who healed Juvia? They did a spectacular job." She mumbles, putting her hand where she had been impaled with a sword.

I chuckle, passing the glass of water into her hands. "Rowen only let Wendy heal Jellal, up until she was exhausted at the least. He did all the healing after that." I smile as Juvia looks sideways at Jellal.

"Meredy? How's she?" She asks lowly.

I sigh. "She's probably lecturing her child at the moment."

Juvia looks surprised. "Melody is here?"

I bob my head, indicating that Melody is at the guild. "I think Meredy is going to be more pissed that Lyon even let her come venture with us in the first place."

"That wouldn't have been a problem if you kids just didn't go and try to find the dark beings." Juvia tells me in an annoyed mother voice. I laugh awkwardly, looking away, but look back sharply when she starts to get out of bed. I start to stop her, but she just waves me off. "Juvia is fine. She's had a long enough rest." She looks at me with a look of complete seriousness. "Luna should get some sleep, she looks like she hasn't slept in days."

I watch hesitantly has she lands on her feet and walks out of the infirmary. I sigh, going back to my bed, and see the small Fernades twins giggle their way out the door. With that, I get off my bed once again to see how Jellal is. I come up beside him and he looks at me almost confused. "You need anything?" I ask him politely.

He smiles, shaking his head, sliding his gaze from my face to the ceiling. "I've been pampered by you Fairy Tail mages. I'm very thankful... especially to see my family."

I sit down beside him in a chair, smiling. "I had no idea who you were going to be, whenever your name was brought up from the older of us newer generation, they'd snap at each other to shut up like it was some giant secret. And it makes me laugh at the thought now because Evelyn was the one that did it the most."

Jellal's lips pull into a tight smile. "That was the last thing I told her and Jason to do; keep me a secret, so I could meet my children and hope it's like hearing my name and seeing my face for the first time." He looks so sad. "It didn't work out in the end, clearly."
