Harry Potter's covers as so much better than Percy Jackson's, which are just blue. All the covers are dark blue or black, whereas Harry Potter's have actual colour in them.

Colour? You're whining about colour?
"They have actual colour in them"
What are you TWELVE?!!
Let me show you what you sound like you shallow PercyHater!

Silly Percyhater Girl:
*picks up a Mark of Athena and says in very annoying, high-pitched whiny voice*
"Oh yuck! What a horrible bird-like creature! My mom said it's called an oven... No that's not right... Ah yes! An howl!......" (It's an owl by the way.)
"Whatever, it's got a beak and I hate it. And ewwwww what colour is that? Dark pink? I hate dark colours! They are so dark a-and shadowy a-and they remind me o-of darkness. And clowns. I hate clowns and darkness and ovens- I mean howl-birdies. I hate this book- it makes my wittle head hurt."

*picks up Order of Phoenix and says in an even more annoying, high-pitched whiny voice*
"Oooooooh it's a red kitchen! Or is it chicken? It's a red chicken! And its got colour! Wooooooow, this book is awesome! All it needs is some glitter...."

Gaaaah!!!! ITS PERCY JACKSON DIMWIT, not My Little Pony!!!! It doesn't need 'actual' colour!!!!!!

I'll have you know that the great poet Sappho wrote in one of her poems that lovers detest the light- which I have inferred, includes bright colours.

Sing me no songs of daylight, for the sun is the enemy of lovers. Sing instead of shadows and darkness, and of memories of midnight.
-SAPPHO

What the antecedent genius poet is telling me is that to fall in LOVE with Percy Jackson, I need DARK colours and SHADOWY backdrops not bright rainbowy colours! So yeah, so what if the covers are dark? It just makes it more intriguing!!!
