The secret comes out

"Meggan, what happened?"

After a while Meggan finally said "I don't know if i broke up with Timothee. I know i wanted this but i don't really know what to do anymore."

"Why did you do it?"

"I love someone else, i think i love him more than Timothee. I know it's fucked up but i do."

Micah never heard her curse before.

He felt betrayed that she wouldn't tell him this, her best friend, but most of all he was heartbroken to hear that she loves another and it wasn't him

"W-who do you like more?" He swallowed a hard lump in his throat. She looked at him and with a soft voice she said

"It's you." He froze repeating her words in his head over and over 'it's you' not believing she had just said she loves him, he was stunned that she loved him back, he didn't stop liking her, later knowing he loves her, while they were friends but he knew she had a boyfriend so he didn't let his emotions get the better of him. For a moment it was quiet again

"I shouldn't have said that, i'm sorry." she started to get up and try to walk out of the house but before she could walk out he took his chance and said

"I love you too Meggan." He was right behind her when she turned around. He wanted to kiss her but he didn't know how to kiss someone then he didn't have to because she was already kissing him. As soon as their lips touched she knew it was wrong but she knew she loved him back so she didn't stop. She wrapped her arms around him and he did the same to her. Their eyes were closed as their lips were pushed gently together and their bodies were one. All night they cried, laughed and talked about how much they love each other. At first it was a bit awkward but then it was normal. They loved saying "i love you" and hearing the others voice say those words that were now true.
