*beep beep beep* The most dreaded sound in the world continued ringing in my ears. I eventually, slowly but eventually, got out of bed and picked up my phone to see all the missed text messages from Jewel and Kristine.
Kristine: Guys I have huge news!!!
Jewel: What is it this time?
Kristine: Nathan is transferring to our school!!!
Jewel: NO WAY
Kristine: YES WAY! He should be starting today!
Jewel: OMGAFXDHCASHV
Nathan was this really cute, nice guy that we went to elementary school with. Nathan and I were really good friends, but he moved to a different city in middle school. I decided to ignore the text messages and get ready for school.
(Time skip to school because I can)
Once I got to school, I was immediately caught in the chaos of the school main hallway. Everyone trying to get to classrooms, students running in late, and the swarm of girls waiting for Nathan (he's kinda a heartthrob). Honestly I was looking for Nathan too, but I had bigger things to worry about. Right now I have to get to Geometry, I have a big test coming and if I fail this test my parents will kill me. On the way to class I ran into Kristine.
"DID YOU SEE NATHAN YET" Kristine loudly asked. After stoping the ringing of her high-pitched voice in my ears I replied.
"No, but I really have to go now." She frowned and started to stare at her feet. She just turned around and walked away.
Before I entered the classroom, a chill came over me. I suddenly got the feeling that someone was watching me. I slowly turned around... My heart stopped.
