"No" was the only word Mum had to say when I told her I had to go back. "I am not paying another airline fee for you to go away again and call 1 day later saying you want to come back home" She had yelled. "You can't make me stay" I had yelled back. "I'll make a deal with you, In the holidays you can spend 2 weeks there" She had said and with that she walked off. "That's like 7 weeks away" I said but she ignored me and hummed as she stirred the saucepan. "ARGHHHHHHH" I say and slam my door. I am about to pull my phone out when I remember I threw it into a puddle. I sneak into the kitchen and steal my Mum's phone and text Kian. "Yes!" I yell as a reply pops up.
Hi it's Kian. Hope you are well. I read it again and again, that's all. I search the text looking for something more meaningful. I asked him about his family and the animals and thats all he replies. I sneak Mums phone back downstairs. Then I sit on my bed wondering how I am going to survive 7 more weeks of school until I can go back.
I have been at school for 2 weeks now with no replies from Kian, struggling with billions of exams, eating my lunch in the toilet and Shelby and Jay snogging every 5 seconds.
