A/N: Thank you to all of you for giving my story a chance. I really appreciate it! As always, I own nothing.
The entire car ride from the restaurant was spent in silence. No one spoke a word, and the only thing Nell could hear was the occasional car horn that was commonplace in LA traffic.
With the hood over her head, she was completely blind as to where they were going, but she could only guess that their destination was the TRPs place of operation, the Kill House.
Finally, Nell felt the car slow down and come to a stop. She recognized the familiar grip of Willis' hand on her arm as the car doors opened and everyone exited the vehicle.
She was unceremoniously yanked out of the backseat of the tall SUV, and she would have fallen flat on her face had it not been for Willis holding her up. He pulled her along after him as the group entered the building.
Nell made sure to pay attention to each step they made so she could create a mental picture as to what part of the building they were taking her to. She had already memorized the layout of the Kill House when she was researching for the case earlier in the day, never knowing she would need to use the information for this purpose.
They made their way upstairs and then turned into a side room where Nell could hear several men arguing in Spanish. Before she had a chance to figure out what they were saying, everyone went silent, most likely because of the TRPs entering the room.
"What is the meaning of this nonsense?" a man with a strong Spanish accent asked.
Willis forced Nell down onto her knees in front of the group of men and roughly tugged the hood off of her head. She blinked to adjust her eyes to the change of brightness in the room, grateful to finally be able to see.
She glanced around in an attempt to orient herself to the new surrounding, finding that they had indeed taken her to the Kill House.
Standing in front of her were several men dressed in suits, and she instantly recognized the one who had spoken as Luis Cisneros, leader of the infamous Molina Cartel.
"Who is this?" he questioned, clearly agitated.
"This is someone that I think you would like to talk to," Keller said, stepping forward and placing his hand on Nell's shoulder. Her body tensed under his touch. She wished he would stop putting his hands on her.
"Really, and why is that?" Cisneros replied, clearly confused, "I thought the plan was to dispose of all loose ends."
He fixed his gaze on Nell, still kneeling on the floor in front of him.
"She is a member of the new team assigned to find and capture you, and I have a feeling that she is going to tell us everything that we want to know about them."
The cartel leader's mood changed slightly towards Nell as he looked at her, now interested at the concept of having a human asset.
"But what about Inman? Where is he?" Cisneros questioned.
Keller glared at his captive, "There were some unforeseen complications, and now it looks like Inman has been taken into custody. However, as long as we have her, we should be able to make a trade. We'll get the information we want from her, and then we just have to wait before we make the call. "
Cisneros was clearly uneasy about the drastic change in plans, but he looked to Keller and nodded, "Fine. I trust you have everything under control."
"Perfect. We need to discuss how we want this trade to go down first. Willis and Jamison, you two come with me and Cisneros to work out the details."
