Chapter 14
Tia could hear Zayn moving about upstairs. As she stirred the eggs, her thoughts returned to the previous night.
It had been a tumultuous time. She needed to fight through her pain of what she had done to him in the past.
She awoke in his arms, a small smile had crept into her lips. She watched him sleep.
He looked so content and peaceful. Her heart exploded with the love that she felt for him.
She had traced his lips with her fingers. He mumbled something in his sleep and pulled her closer to him.
She couldn’t help but snuggle closer to him. He was her world.
Zayn did some thinking while in the shower. He was determined to win back Tia’s heart.
He would begin with telling her that he wasn’t with Perrie any longer.
They had broken up long ago, but were still friends.
He needed Tia in his life. And come hell or high water, he was going to make it happen.
He watched from the kitchen doorway as she moved about the kitchen. He watched as she squeezed juice from oranges.
She then moved back to the stove and began to make crepes.
God he loved it when she cooked. He loved it when they cooked together.
The meals that they started, usually never made it to the their plates. They both usually ended up in the bedroom.
Remembering those times brought a small laugh from him.
Tia turned at the sound.
He smiled at her and she returned his smile.
“Good morning love.” He said walking towards her.
“Hi.” She said softly. She turned back to the stove and flipped the crepe in the pan.
“Need any help?” he asked.
“No, just sit down.” She said. She pulled the crepe out of the pan and was about to pour the batter for another into it.
Zayn took her hands and pulled her to him. “Not yet.”
His hands moved to caress her face and slowly covered her lips with his. He outlined her lips with his tongue in a slow erotic swirl.
He gently pulled away before she could lean in for more.
“Zayn.” She breathed out.
“Yes love?” he asked.
