Am I the only one that only knew the chorus of the Full House theme song as a kid? Until a while ago, I finally caught onto the actual lyrics. In case you haven't yet, here they are!

                Everywhere You Look
Full House performer: Jesse Frederick
Fuller House performer: Carly Rae Jepsen

~1st Verse~

Whatever happened to predictability?

The milk man, the paper boy, and even TV!

How did I get delivered here?

Somebody tell me please!

This old world's confusing me

~Pre-Chorus~

Clouds as mean as you've ever seen

Ain't a bird who knows your tune

Then a little voice inside you whispers

Kid, don't sell your dreams so soon

~Chorus~

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a heart, a hand to hold onto to

Everywhere you look, everywhere you go

There's a face, of somebody who needs you

Everywhere you look

~Outro~

When you're lost out there and you're all alone

A light is waiting to carry you home

Everywhere you look

Everywhere you look

Shoo-bit-a-ba-ba-bow

Also, I would like to explain the reasons behind the lyrics...

1st verse:
Wondering what happened to the good old days
After Danny loses his wife Pam, he is baffled by a cruel, unfeeling world

Pre-Chorus:
Things are bleak and the skies are gray; birds don't sing
Hope arrives suddenly!

Chorus:
Everywhere you look there is a nice person
You can see family and friends all around you
Apparently, Danny Tanner suffered from PTSD and saw his dead wife everywhere he went

Outro:
Help and love is never too far

Overall meaning:
"The perspective shifts to that of Danny Tanner, revealing that despite the character's generally upbeat veneer, the man is actually still quite devastated over the loss of his wife. Tanner is so bitter and angry-that the only woman he ever loved is gone; that the drunk driver who murdered her, the son of a prominent judge, survived the crash and got no jail time; and at the rest of the family, for moving on too quickly-that he's lost the ability to communicate in English. Here, he shouts at the sky in drunken gibberish, cursing God for allowing such a terrible thing to happen. It begs the question: Can this house be truly 'full,' if Tanner remains so empty inside?"

Don't you wish music these days had this much meaning to it.

Stay tuned for my next chapter!
