Full House was, at first, meant to be about a family of comedians. It would've been called, "House of Comics." Since both Bob Saget and Dave Coulier were actually comedians, this was a good idea at the time. Although, the TV network wanted the show to focus more on a real life family theme. Therefore, creating Full House.
