"What could go wrong?" Touka asked freakishly creeping up on a citizen, drooling with hunger. Kaneki followed behind her, also hungry. Touka immediately used her kagune, killing the man in near seconds. Eating the poor man, they were obviously caught. Looking back they ran away. Touka started to slow and slow and slow. Kaneki picked her up and ran.

Once at the cafe they closed the curtains and locked the doors, hoping that the CCG wouldn't find them out. Running up stairs, Kaneki ran into his room as Touka followed him. Kaneki did nothing but just freak out. Touka sat on the ground and tried to keep calm. Touka was successful as Kaneki acted like he was dead him self. Touka got off the ground and pulled him into a heart warming hug. Kaneki hugged back smiling. "It's okay." Touka patted his head.

Kaneki looked up at her, smiling. She smiled back before pulling away from the hug. She laid down on the bed behind her. Kaneki just sat there and watched.
"I'm bored." Kaneki said looking around his room.

"Same." Touka sat up looking at him. "Huh," Kaneki looked down.

Touka got up and walked in circles, hands behind her back. "What to do, what to do, what to do." She said.

Kaneki thought, of what they could've done. Nothing. They could do nothing right now.

Kaneki drank his coffee, he was watching a documentary on ghouls. He nodded. They knew a lot about ghouls.

Touka walked down the stairs and looked at him. "What are you doing?" Touka asked staring at the raven haired boy. "Oh, nothing." Kaneki said focusing on the document.
