Richard was left dumbstruck on Ivy's doorstep. She had just kissed him after their day together. She... Just kissed me... Ivy just kissed me! I can't believe it! She kissed me! "She kissed me!" He said aloud, accidentally.
On his drive home, he had some things to think through. "What does this mean? Are we in 'relationship' thing? She kissed me!" When he got home, he called for his dad. "Dad?" He called. No response. "Mom?" He tried. Nothing. "Home alone... Again..." He looked at the floor sadly. His parents were barely ever home when he needed them most. In fact, they were barely ever there!
[During School]
"Hey Ivy..." Richard greeted her shyly.
"Hey..." She said with equal shyness.
"So.. I was wondering... What did that kiss mean?"
"I don't know... I was gonna ask you the same thing." Ivy laughed awkwardly.
"Yeah. What do you want it to mean?" Richard asked, feeling more confident talking to her.
"I don't know... Do you maybe wanna try being in a relationship?" Ivy asked. She'd never really had a boyfriend before, so asking this was weird for her.
"Y-yeah. Sure!" Richard agreed. "I guess I'll see you in 5th... Girlfriend." He smiled when he said that.
"See you in 5th, boyfriend." Ivy returned the smile.
I'm sorry these have been so short. It's just... School... ~le sigh~ but it'll get better. Also, I'm sorry I rushed these two into a relationship. I'm probably gonna edit this part and make it longer.
