Impress Him

Authors Note: Ivy doesn't make much of an appearance in this part :( This is more of a Harley and Selina part.

"Hey darling." That familiar voice purred to Harley before her arms slithered around Harley's waist from behind in a hug.

"Hey Selina.." Harley sighed and glanced over at Wade flirting with Vanessa, and Vanessa was sitting in his lap.

"What's wrong?" Selina puckered her lips slightly and looked at where Harley was looking. "Oh." She smirked. "I see. Honey, I'll be seeing you after school." And with that she sashayed away, but as she was walking, she turned her head to Harley and gave her a flirty wink.

"Ugh... What am I getting in to?" Harley groaned.

It was lunch time, and Floyd was sitting next to Harley. Wade was getting more and more distant from Harley, and it was beginning to hurt her. Peter sat across from Harley. "Do you guys know what's up with Wade? He's barely even talking to me anymore." Peter said, glancing at Wade and Vanessa.

"I don't know... He's not the same Wade I used to know..." Harley sighed sadly. "I miss his dumb jokes..." Floyd kissed Harley's head lightly and wrapped his arm around her waist.

Ivy say down next to Harley. "What's up?"

"Wade is... Distant." Richard furrowed his brow.

"Oh, I know what that's about." Ivy rolled her eyes and glared at Wade.

"What?" All four of them asked at the same time.

"Well, Wade had a crush on Harley-"

"What?" Harley demanded.

"Yeah... I'm sorry, he what now?" Floyd asked, looking at Ivy, then looking at Wade.

"He had a crush on Harley, then he started talking to Vanessa and I believe he's so in love with her that he's growing distant, or she's forcing him to become distant because she finds Harls a threat."

Everybody stared at Ivy, who casually went back to eating her lettuce and cheese sandwich. Harley felt a pang in her heart, which made her snuggle up next to Floyd more.

(After School)

Harley walked out of the building, only to see Selina waiting in her black car. "Hop in, baby. We're going shopping." Harley breathed in deeply, and walked up to the car. Ivy was staying after school to help a teacher set up a science project lesson that involved growing plants.

"What're we doing Kitty?" Harley asked.

"I already told you, honey. We're going shopping. And, do me a favor and remove that jacket. Harley removed her jacket suspiciously. "And unbutton your shirt by one button."

"What? Why?!" Harley demanded.

"Just do it Harl..." Harley made an unamused face and followed Selina's directions. Her shirt was now a lower v-neck shirt. "Beautiful."

"Stay here." Selina smirked. She walked into the aisles of clothes, and came back a minute later holding three outfits. "Try these on."

Harley grabbed them, and went to the dressing room. The first one was a red dress with slits at the sides. It came two inches above her knee. The second one was a pair of black booty shorts and a red v-neck shirt. The sleeves hung off her shoulders.

"Hot." Selina said from behind her. Harley shrieked and turned to see a amused Selina. "We're buying them. Well, I am. Next, shoes." Harley was dragged to the shoes, and was forced to try on black stiletto heels and two inch calf high boots. "Perfect."
