"Paps napaka maalaga mo talaga. Imagine isang sikat basketball player ka na nga marami pang tvc then this restaurant, iba ka!"

Von, one of Kiefer's friend. Should I say Kiefer's best friend since highschool said, as he patted the lag's back. He paid visit to his friends new restaurant, Ally's.

The restaurant opened just the start of the year. Since the restau opened it's already been making it's own headlines because of the quality of the food they serve and also the famous "bagnet" of the restaurant. Of couse, it was a big bonus that the owner has good looks. Which had the fans or solid fans of the owner coming back and forth. Idagdag mo narin sa bonus 'yong siya rin ay nagseserve para sa customer niya. Sino paba? Well, si Kiefer Ravena yan e.

Kiefer just smiled at his friend compliment. "Ikaw talaga. Siyempre hands on ako dito. Kasi pinaghirapan ko 'to. At saka, hindi ito pang sideline lang. May liga din naman akong sinasalihan ah at pampawala ko na rin 'to ng stress. At para sa akin din naman 'to." Para sa amin sana. He said.

"Oo na. Dami mong sinabi." They both laughed. "I won't ba surprised if makakakita talaga ng malaki 'tong restaurant mo because of the fans tska alam mo na." Von said and he wiggled his eyebrows.

Kiefer hit his friend. "Wala akong panahon para diyan ngayon." He smiled. "Sa ngayon focus muna ako sa basketball tska work work work muna talaga ngayon."

"Eh paps, try mo kaya kasing mag focus muna sa sarili mo. Tignan mo, wala kang pang love story ulit." Von said.

"Kakasabi ko lang paps, work muna ang priority ko." Kiefer winked at him before sipping his drink.

"Ah suuuus." He teased Kiefer before eating his food also. "Pero.. papi." He cleared his mouth. Ehem. "Kamusta naba ang puso mo, okay na nga ba?"

Kiefer's abot tengang ngiti slowly faded away. "Alam mo, Papi hanghang ngayon siya parin talaga iniisip ko." He admitted.
"Kahit ayaw ko na, kahit nakakapagod narin minsan kasi alam kong wala narin naman 'tong patutunguhan. Umaasa parin talaga ako. Umaasa na magkakabalikan kami."

Von felt sorry for his friend kasi ever since, Von witness how their love story grew. And he knew how Kiefer loved Alyssa so much.

"Pero paps.. it's been over 2 years now. Ang huling balita ko, pumunta na siya sa Australia 'to continue playing volleyball their. She accepted the offer that they gave to her." Von said to which Kiefer nodded. Yes, Kiefer would still stalk or check Alyssa's social media accounts from time to time, true enough. Nasa Australia nga siya.

He wasn't sure if that was the reason why she broke up with him, but seeing her smile in the photos she posted was more than enough for him to conclude that he made the right decision to let her go. Kung masaya siya mas mayasa ako. Yan palaging nasa isip niya.

"Alam mo paps.. huwag ka ng malungkot. Hanap kana kasi!" Von said to Kiefer, trying to light up the mood. "Marami naman diyang iba e, na mas deserve mo. I'm sure makakahanap karin ng babaeng para sa'yo. Kasi kung kayo, kayo talaga. God will provide."

"Pero si Alyssa lang talaga.. siya lang talaga."

"Kief.." He looked at his friend seriously. "Alam mo nang number one supporter niyo ako ni Alyssa. Pero hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit hinihintay mo pa siya. Kief sinasaktan mo lang sarili mo." He looked staight to Kiefer.

"I know what you're feeling. Mahirap di ba? Alam ko masakit. Pero it's over. It's long over." He said. "Ayokong lumabas na kaaway, but If Alyssa can move on, you should too as well. Alam kong kaya mo."

Hearing those words from Von, made him realized many things. One of those is, wala na talagang sila. Matagal na. Pinipilit niya lang ang sarili niya na babalik siya.

"Papi give your chance to be happy naman. I'm very happy na 'tong Ally's is doing great, especially ito 'yong naging distractions mo sa lahat ng nangyari sainyo. But you need to focus on yourself naman. Pwede kang mag beach kasama pamilya mo, pwede rin naman kayo mag out of town di ba? Just like what I said, marami pang iba diyan. Hintay ka lang." Von added. "Naiintindihan mo ba ako ha?"

"Opo." Kiefer smiled to Von. Well, he appreciate his friends concern. Pero alam niya sa sarili niya na he still really love Alyssa pero hanggang kailan? She's probably happy now in Australia but it would be unfair to him to be secretly waiting for her. He wasn't even sure if he was thinking of him too, the way he did.

May mahal na kaya siyang iba? Ipinag palit niya na ba ako? Mahal niya pa kaya ako? Sana maisip niya rin ako. He thought.

"You're right paps tama na 'to siguro, two years na e. Dapat hindi na ako umaasang babalik pa ang isang taong iniwan at sinaktan din lang ako sa ere." Kiefer didn't want to sound bitter, but hindi niya mapigilan. She left him nust lime that? Na parang wala lang sa kaniya. Na sobrang easy lang sa kaniya 'yong nangyari sa kanila noon.

"Uy, wag bitter dapat be better." They both laughed in the end. Hay.

"Siya nga pala." Kiefer said. "Diba may pupuntahan tayong liga ngayon wag ka munang pumasok."

"Luh 'to. Ayoko nga, magaabsent ako ganon?" Von thought.

"Ganon nga at saka hoy pinaalala ko 'to sayo kagabi, sige na please." Kiefer pleased.

"Oo na. Pero wala akong dalang jersey at extra clothes."

"No prob! Oh, tara na" Kiefer said with excitement. Na parang bata. 

Before leaving the cafe he instructed one of her employee to take charge the restaunt while he is away. The friends now was off fo the parking lot to get their cars. Oo, convoy sila.

Cling     cling     cling    

The little bell of the door rings as Kiefer and Von leaves a beautiful lady came in.

She had her fabulous dress that made her look like an angel.

Everyone couldn't do anything but to stare.

"Good morning ma'am. Welcome to Ally's. What can I do for you?" the employee said to the beautiful customer.

"Uhm.." the lady can't decide on what she will buy.

"One meduim sized caffe latte miss."

"May I have your name nalang po ma'am?" the employee asked the name of the lady.

"Alyssa." The beautiful lady answered. "Alyssa Valdez."
