The number of villains matches the number of episodes, since each episode is about Ladybug and Cat Noir defeating one of them, with exception of Vanisher, who shares her episode with Antibug, and Stoneheart, who appeared in both Origins episodes. This makes Vanisher the only villain who doesn't have an episode named after her. This also makes Stoneheart the only villain to be introduced before the episode named after him and the only one to be akumatized twice. Finally, this makes Ladybug & Cat Noir (Origins - Part 1) the only episode to be named after heroes rather than the akumatized villain.
