Zoey's P.O.V

I was walking home from Elena's house. Which wasn't that far away from my house, just needed to cross some streets and go through an alley. I was walking through the alley ad I spotted two figures there standing and smoking. I feel like something bad is going to happen, I could feel it.

"Hey there pretty lady, what are you doing out walking in alleys alone at night?" The man with the red hoodie said "don't worry about it and mind your own business" I replied and immediately regret it. "Uuu feisty aren't we sugar?" The man in the black hoodie said as he approached me and grabbed my hand and I tried to yank my hand out of his grasp but duhh zoey his obviously stronger than you.

"Let go of my hand you pig!" I said trying to get my hand out and pushing him. " what did you call me bitch? Huh?" He said and I replied " I SAID let go of my hand you PIG!" I yelled loud enough so he could here and immediately felt a sharp pain in my cheek. Ouch that asshole just slapped me!

Xavier's P.O.V
I was walking home from Sean's house a.k.a my friend that I actually trust. I was walking through the dark alley when I saw a girl struggling to get out of the man in the black hoodie's grasp. I shouted "let the girl go!" They turned to me " and If I don't?" The man in black hoodie replied "well" I pulled out my gun and pointed it at him "you won't see the sunlight tomorrow. So now let go of the girl" I said and he released her and I saw her running towards me and went behind me. As soon as she was by my side I shot the two guys in the leg. " now, you know not to do this type of shit again right?" I said as I saw the guys holding their legs and screaming in pain. Oh how I much I was enjoining this.

Zoey's P.O.V
I jump at the sound of the gun. Wow this guy had a gun? I wonder if he is in some gang or a cartel. Wait I think I know who he is, he turned around and looked at me. And god, was he gorgeous! He had dark brown hair and deep enchanting blue eyes, a shirt that made his abs visible and does muscular biceps and that sexy jaw line. Man! His hot, he was wearing black joggers with a white shirt. And realization hit me, it was Xavier Vincent Piers a.k.a as one of the most feared guys in school, troublemaker, and the guy with the gun? Was he in a gang? I mean he is a feared guy so he must be.I was wearing high waisted black shorts with a blue shirt and my Adidas shoes. "Hey,umm thanks" I said shyly. " yea, no problem." Wow he sounded bored was he annoyed by my presence? I turned around to leave and walked fast and I could hear footsteps behind me and was I scared, heck yes he had shot two guys in the leg I wonder if he would shoot me too.

I walked up to my door and opened it walking in and as soon as I closed the door I went and peaked through the window and I saw him standing there and started walking.I guess he wanted to make sure I got home safe, that's sweet. "Hey mom , dad I'm home!" I shouted "ok sweetheart, go to bed you have school tomorrow" they both shouted from down the hallway. I walked into my room and grabbed some cloths and went to take a shower.

I was wearing a tank top and some pajama shorts. I snuggled under my blankets and fell asleep.

Xavier's P.O.V
I was standing there looking at her when it clicked ive seen her before she was Zoey, ALexander's daugter. The guy who used to work for my dad which now works for me.She was beautiful, she had dark redish hair, deep mesmerizing gray eyes and her perfect body curves. Wow this girl was beautiful.

She turned around and started walking away.had I scared her? Maybe I should follow her to make sure she makes it home ok, its really late and any guy in the streets would try and hurt her. Since she was wearing shorts that showed lot of leg.

I watched her walk into a white and brown house.

I started walking to my house and got there in 20 minutes. I live alone and I own the house.I lost my parents two years ago. My mom was killed by a man I still yet need to find and I will make him suffer. My dad died in the process of finding out who had killed my mother, he was to close to finding out and that's why he had been killed.

My dad worked in a gang and was the leader of the gang. After his death I took over and became the gang leader.it wasn't as hard for me to adjust to my new life I've technically been train to fight and would fight in the streets since I was nine. I could protect myself well and knew how to shoot a gun.my gang was the second most powerful and feared gang. no one dared to cross me, cause they knew they wouldn't live another day to see the sun. I had 1,876 members and I only knew 5 and the rest just followed my orders and I didn't consider them my friends. I went up to my room and took off my shoes and pulled the blankets over me and I soon fell asleep, thinking about her...
