Zoey's P.O.V

I had spent all week in Xavier's house with nothing to do and he was barely there, so I spend time getting to know Ryan. Turns out he has a wife and 2 twin girls and he used to do Xavier's dirty work. Meaning killing people but he quit doing that since he became aware his wife was pregnant and he needed to be there and alive for his daughters.

It was monday woohoo my favorite day of the week, note the sarcasm. I got up and put on a white top with the cycle of the moon and black shorts and white and black vans.

I went downstairs and saw Xavier cooking. And he didn't have a shirt on, I stared at his abs. His hot! He noticed and I rapidly gazed down and sat down. I heard him chuckle " oh Zoey don't worry you might have them some day" I looked up and he winked, I felty cheeks get red and heard another chuckle. I rolled my eyes, he gave me a plate with bacon,eggs, and toast. "Thanks" I said and took a bite of my bacon " yea no problem". He said.

We finished eating and he got dressed, we drove to school. I got out and saw Elena coming towards me she looked pissed. Oops I guess I should have texted back... " Zoey Noelle Harper!" She shouted, she was definitely pissed and worst of all I hated when they say my full name. Makes me thing I've done one of the horrible things in my life, which I did. "Yes?" My response was barely a whisper " Zoey we had plans you, me and Blake on Sunday. You totally ditched us." We had plans together and when did Blake get here? Was I not told this?. " I'm sorry I totally forgot. I've had a really shitty spring break and weekend." She just looked at me and than at Xavier who I had forgot he was there.

"Right" She said and walked away, I catches up to her. "Please don't be mad at me" I gave her a pout " I'm not mad Zoey just upset. We were supposed to talk and hang out with him, you know his been through a lot" she said and sign " I know, I he coming back to school?" She nodded " his coming today" I smiled and felt arms wrapped around my waist and it happened fast. I got tuners around and lips crashed into mine, I hasitated for a minute but returned the kiss. I pulled away and looked at Blake. "Hello to you too" he grinned " I've missed you so much Zoey" he hugged me and I hugged him back " how have you been?" I asked as I pulled away. I still had some feelings for Blake but not as strong as I had for Xavier. Omg thinking about Xavier I turned around and saw his knuckles turn white and he looked mad. I send him a sorry look but he ignored it and walked away. I wanted to go after him but Blake had just gotten here and I wanted to know how he was.

"I've been alright, in fact a lot better than last time you saw me" he smiled but once he saw that I looked sad and had a blank expression, his smile dropped. "What's wrong?" He asked, I looked at him and I grabbed his hands. I had to tell him the truth now or never. " Blake, ever since you left a lot has changed. My feelings for you has changed, I developed new feelings for someone else. And it pains me to tell you right now, since you have been through a lot and probably this isn't what you wanted to hear on your first day." I didn't realize I was crying until I felt a tear ran down my cheek " I'm sorry" I said and walked inside the school. I looked around for Xavier I couldn't find him.

Lunch period came and I still saw no sight of Xavier, I signed. He probably thinks Blake and I are a thing. I rested my head in my hands, I heard footsteps and saw black skilletos. I squeezed my eyes shot and dig my nails on my head. Great now I have to deal with this bitch! Yes Katherine, popular and with a bitchy attitude. " hello Zoey" she said in a soft voice, I look up at her "what do you want?" I gave my most cold tone voice " uuu someone is in there period" she laughed along with her little minions, Rachel and Caroline. " anyways I came here to tell you to back off. Xavier is mine not yours so go and find another man to spend your so called life" she said I stood up and looked down at her, she was a head smaller than me " first don't tell me what to do or how to live my life OK? And Second don't you come with this bullshit again" I turned around and I felt my hair being pulled ouch! I turned around and threw a punch at her, making her fall. I went over to where she was I pulled her hair back and whispered " next time I won't let you out off my hands without breaking your arm or leg got it?" She nodded and I slammed her head on the tiles, not hard enough so she could pass out but at least to give her a bruise. People stared at me and moved out of my way.

I saw Xavier standing in the cafeteria door and looked at me in shock and then smirked. I past through him, bumping shoulders. I wanted to be alone, I needed fresh air. I went outside and lay down on the grass, I stared at the sky.
