Zoey's P.O.V

I woke up with a sharp pain in my neck and back. Definitely the floor is not a place to sleep, I stood up walked to the closet and picked out shorts, black shirt, red flannel, and my black vans. I walked out of the room and headed downstairs, I hadn't seen Xavier....he probably is mad since I didn't talk or let him sleep in his room.

I stopped at the end of the stairs and my eyes couldn't believe what they were seeing, Elena and Sean kissing!? When had they started dating? Why wasn't I told of this? What in the world!? I clear my throat and they pulled away quick and Sean put his head down scratching the back of his head. Elena was staring at me with wide eyes, " we will talk about this later" I pointed at Elena and she nodded " where is Xavier?" I asked and she smiled and grabbed my arm " well after all I don't need to get you ready myself since you already did. Let's roll!" She pulled me to the door and we walked out.

I was so confused, "Elena where the heck are we going? You have been driving for 15 Mins and you still won't tell me! You know I hate surprises! Elena!? Don't you dare ignore me!" Ugghh hate it when she does this. Suck it up zoey and just wait till we get there. I mean how bad can it be? Oh god.... What if she is taking me to another one of those clubs! Where men strip down! Omg I wouldn't like to go there again. "Elena you arent taking me to another club again! I refuse!" I turned to her "chill out baby, I wont take you there but if you prefer that then why not?" I looked horrified "No!" She started laughing "I'm not taking you there just wait 10 more mins" I relaxed and looked out the window at the beautiful scenery, trees, flowers, and birds flying. We were going through the forest.

The car came to a stop, I looked at Elena " we are here ma lady" I laughed " here where exactly? I just see trees and flowers" she got out of the car and I followed her " follow that path" she pointed and it was a path of flowers . " have fun girl! See you soon" I glared at her " you are leaving out here by myself with no phone or food?" She walked away and got in the car. She roll the window down "yup" and drove away.

" wow what a friend, I guess I'll just make another friend! Maybe a freaking chipmunk or a wild cat! Bet they would be better friends" Note the sarcasm. I started walking on the path.



"I'm tirrreeeeddddd!!!! Why the heck em I even listening to her? I could just go to the left in another direction!" I sign frustrated, after more walking finally a beautiful lake came into view " wow so beautiful" I walked towards it and saw a blanket with a basket of food and a flower with a candle. Simple but cute, I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist. I jumped and turned around but sooner relaxed when Xavier came into view.

"Hey"

"Hello beautiful"

"I'm sorry Xavier"

"For?"

"Not opening the door for you last night and for not tellig you the reason I wasn't talking and was upset" I finished and a tear roll down my cheek. He wiped it " baby I understand you didnt want to talk about it and needed time. But know that I'm here for you and I will listen to every last word you have to say" I smiled and pecked his lips. "Thank you Xavier for understanding and have to listen to your annoying girlfriend" he chuckled " zoey don't ever say you are annoying because princess you are not. And never will be annoying to me, your voice is like muscic to my ears" I grinned " you are so cheesey. Now what is this?" His cheeks had a little tint of pink "I promised you a date and I didn't want to take you to a fancy restaurant because I figured it would be too much. So I asked Elena to help me out and she said you would like a date to be simple and cute next to the lake to make it romaannticc. But I understand if you don't like it, we can go home if you-" I cut him off with a kiss " I love it" he smiled and pulled into a passionate loving kiss.

We sat there eating and talking. Man that lake looked freakishly inviting and beautiful. A nice blueish greenish color.

"Want to take a quick dip?" Xavier asked, he noticed me staring at the lake to long. " I would love to but I didn't bring a swimsuit..." He let out a chuckled " princess you don't need a swimsuit, just go in in your bra and panties I don't mind" he smirked at the end, perv! He took off his shirt revealing a really tone 6 pack. Damn so hot! Zoey focus just look at that beautiful lake. I heard him laugh " look at them, after all they all yours" I looked at him and he winked at me. Then I reliazed he had taken of his shorts and was in boxers. My eyes wide, I turned away to hear him laugh more. Then after a long moment of silence I hear a splash and water hitting my face. Oh its on! I took off my shirt , shoes, and shorts. And jumped in the water. It wasnt cold or hot it was at the right temperature, nice and relaxing. Xavier came into view and I splash water at him. And we kept doing that back and forth.

He came swimming like a hungry crocodile and I was the prey. He grabbed me and pulled me close to him and started kissing my chest then my neck and buried his head in my neck. His breath tickled and I was giggling " you are tickling me with your breath" he smiled against my neck then pulled away " I love you Zoey Noelle Harper" those there little words made my stomach do the unbelievable, and my heart jump of happiness. " I love you Xavier Vincent Piers" I did the simplest thing in the world. I leaned over and kissed him. The world cracked open, and I knew he was the one for me.
