Chapter 13: Desperate Cries

~Niall's P.O.V~

"After 22 days I had enough (wow dèjà vue much?) so when the bell rang I sprinted out of the classroom, down to my locker and quickly put my stuff in there, before slamming it shut with my foot and ran down the hallway towards Liam's locker.

But when I got there, I saw his brown hair turn the corner in the far end. Out of breath I ran after him, pushing past the students. Just as I got to the school gates I saw him turn yet another corner.

"Liam, wait!" I yelled after him, even though I knew he wouldn't, I ran as fast as I could, and the luck was with me, as soon as I were beside him, I grabbed his arm turning him around.

"What the. Bloody HELL. Do you. Think you're. Doing Liam!?" I said between deep breathes, he just looked at me confused, so I continued "Liam. Why are you ignoring me? What have I done?" I asked.

His face changed from confusedness to anger in the matter of 2.3 seconds "what have you done? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! FIRST YOU TELL ME YOU LIKED THE KISS WE SHARED BACK IN SEPTEMBER, YOU BLOODY SNOGGED ME IN THE RESTROOM, AND AFTER THAT YOU TOLD ME YOU LIKED ME, AND THEN YOU FUCKING TOLD ME YOU WASN'T LOOKING FOR A RELATIONSHIP, AND THEN YOU COME HERE AND ASK ME WHAT THE BLOODY HELL YOU DID?!"

I took a step back and let go of his arm; I had never seen Liam like this before "I KNOW I SAID I WOULD WAIT, BUT I WON'T BE HERE FOREVER NIALL! I'M TIRED OF THIS, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" With that he turned around and started to run.

I followed him, shouting at him to stop, but he only speeded up until we reached his house. He ran inside and 'forgot' to close the door, so I followed suit.

I heard a door slam and was about to go in the direction where it came from, when a crouch from behind stopped me, I slowly turned around a was faced with what I guess to be Liam's mother and one of his sisters "and who might you be young man, and what are you doing in my house?" Karen asked with her arms crossed over her chest.

"I'm sorry mrs. Payne, I'm Niall, Niall Horan one of Liam's classmates? I'm here because I have to sort some things out with your son... So if you would forgive me?" I said as fast as I could without making it non understandable, "fine, but don't think you'll be leaving this house, before I gets a real explanation" Karen nodded seriously "thanks mrs. Payne" I said and ran down to what I thought was Liam's room.

"Liam? Are you in there?" I asked carefully as I knocked on the door "go away Niall!" I heard Liam sniffle from inside the room, I opened the door just a tad "Liam, if you would just listen to me for one second I coul-" I was cut off by Liam throwing a pillow at me.

"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NIALL, I DON'T WANNA HEARE WHAT THE BLOODY FUCK YOU WANT TO SAY!" He screamed with tears running down his cheeks and threw another pillow after me, I grabbed this one.

I could feel my own anger rise as I threw the pillow on the floor whit all my strength "YES YOU WILL FUCKING LISTEN LIAM! YOU WANNA KNOW WHY I TOLD YOU I WASN'T READY TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP?! I WANTED TO GET TO KNOW YOU, BUT YOU'RE MAKING IT BLOODY DIFFICULT WHEN YOU'RE IGNORING ME!" I screamed at him, my own tears was rolling down now as well "but I guess if you don't want to be waiting anymore, we're just gonna go back to what we was.. Strangers" I whispered.

"I just wanted you to know that I really, reall,y really like you.. Bye Liam" I said and turned around, I was half way through his door when he stopped me "ni-Niall? Wait" he hiccuped as he grabbed my arm.

"Oh so now you want me to wait? Well I hate to brake it to you Liam, but I ain't gonna sit around and wait for you to realize what mistake you made" I spat (okay what I said was rude, but it was the hurt and anger who was talking) he stood there in chock just looking at me.
