Pov~ Makiya
I looked at Anna as she looked at me. She had that look like she wanted me to tell. I shook my head, I didn't want to believe who I saw that shot me. Shivers went down my spine. My nerves were out of control. I wasn't able to sleep and my stomach felt like it was turning.
I let one stray tear fall as I felt Anna wipe it away. I looked back at her face as she gave me a caring smile. She sat next to me and I laid my head on her shoulder and closed my eyes wishing for this to be a dream. I felt her shift and I lift my head and looked at her. "I got to go home, my mom told me to head home once you wake up."
I nodded and knew that we both were pained to separate. She hugged me once more before leaving my room. I watched her get further and further until she was gone. I laid down and listened to the monitor and looked at it. As it moved and showed my life I sighed and put my hand on my heart feeling it beat.
*timeskip until Makiya out of hospital*
I had strange visits and slept little. My body still ached from laying in the tough bed for so long. Anna was pushing me to the car, her parents are gonna let me stay with them. My mom has been gone for a few weeks now. She never visited and never showed me love. The only love given to me was from Anna and her parents.
I would never smile at my own house. I don't remember when was the last time I had my whole family together and doing something fun. I sighed and was sitting in the chair. The doctors don't want me to do anything now. I'm still healing but I'm now doing fine.
These past few weeks have been strangely silent.
Nothing happening and nothing alarming. My sleep doing not great caused me to have sleepy days. I would do better as the days go on but we will have to wait. I felt weight on my shoulder and I looked over seeing Anna lay her head on me. We've been driving only for a few minutes and she is already sleepy.
I smiled and put one arm around her and closed my eyes. My body relaxin and now feeling already healthy. I opened my eyes partly as I looked at the ceiling of the car and was thinking. Who made the time machine and left it there? Was me and Anna suppose to find it or not?
I breathed softly and felt my stomach rumble and I looked at Anna who was now looking at me with a sly smile. We left before I could eat lunch and I never got breakfast to eat. Anna lifted her head as I pulled my arm back and crossed my arms as I looked away. "Is someone hungry," Anna gave me one of her smug looks that I hated. I rolled my Eyes then nodded as she told her parents and they said we can go to Dairy Queen or Mic Donald's.

Pov~Anna
I looked at Makiya as she was giving me an aditude and I smiled. She always looked funny when she was angry, I don't know why but she was. I always teased her for different things especially her childish aditude that matched mine. She elbowed me as we were getting some food. She looked at me and finally smiled looking back at the menus of the drive through.
As we got our food and drove home Makiya ate her food and her ice cream. No matter what the year was, where ever she is she will eat sweets and ice cream. Last time I tried taking her candy she hit me. I still got the mark, it actually didn't happen to long ago. She sighed and grabbed the star blowin the wrapper at my face.
I looked at her and smiled after it hit me. "Oh it's on!" We then got into a war fight between different things. We were laughing and having fun as we pulled up to my house. I stopped looking at Makiya as she looked out the window. She always liked coming to my house. She comes over so much my parents gave her her own room.
So Makiya could stay with us when she wanted to.
Once we stopped Makiya grabbed her stuff and opened the door. She wanted to run to the door but I grabbed her. She turned to me with disappointment in her eyes and a bit of anger. I shook my head as my parents got out her wheelchair, she sighed and got into the chair and leaned back. She acted like she hated it but she loved being lazy like this.
I got out of the car and went around to Makiya and pushed her to the door and got her in. We have Makiya's room on the second floor so we had to take the elevator. She never liked the music that played from it but that never stopped her. Once we got to her room she went straight to the computer. "Come on Anna lets play a game."
