Pov~ Anna
I held Makiya in a hug for hours as she fallen asleep tears still dripping off her face. I held her in my arms as I wiped the tears off her soft cheeks. She looked more pale than before and her hair was a mess. I picked her up, she seems lighter than before. I was thinking to myself full of worry as I carried her to a room in the time machine.
I set her in bed and covered her up. I decided it was time to go home. I walked back to the control room and was slowly pulling switches and pressing buttons. I felt a big hole in my heart as I though what she had to go through. What I had to go through must have been playing through her mind all those... Wait how long was it for her!
Once I pushed the last button I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Anna I don't want to go home..." I listened to her saddened voice as I felt guilty. I turned looking into her blue green eyes. "P-please Anna, I-I don't want to go back."
I heard her voice shake out of fear and pain. I knew she wanted to stay away from her home as long as she could but she had to face it sooner or later. "Makiya how long were you looking for me." My voice was soft as I felt tears build up in my eyes. She looked startled as I asked and she turned her head not wanting to look me in the eyes.
"About a month-" before she could say anything else I wrapped my arms around her with a heavy heart. I started to cry, what pain I had made her go through and the depressing aloneness. She started to cry again into my shoulder as she tried her best to stop and calm down. I pulled back and wiped the tears from her cheeks and smiled gently. She smiled back as she wiped some more tears away and snuffled.
"I won't leave you again. We'll be together to protect each other." Makiya nodded as I smiled and turned back to the council. Makiya was always soft hearted and easily to take offense and cried easily. She didn't let that make her weak though, that's what I admire about her.
Once the noise stopped and we were back in the woods from where we found it Makiya decided it would be best left at my house. So once she typed in something we arises at her house and she walked out. She nodded to me and I to her before she shut the door. I typed in stuff next and I was now in my room with the time machine and signed. I hope Makiya will be alright at home.

Pov~ Makiya
Through the whole getting Anna back made me feel a little better I still didn't get the abandoned feeling out of my heart. I still felt like she wasn't with me and that she was gone forever. I shook my head and walked into the house listening to nothing. Yep just like always nothing played. I looked at the clock and saw it has been like an hour or more that has pasted after we left.
I hadn't been eating properly after Anna sent me away. I haven't taken care of my hair and I haven't slept well. I hope Anna didn't notice while I fell asleep. I sighed as I walked to my room. The house had an eerie silence that I didn't like.
The silence was almost sickening. I walked to my room and still heard nothing. Once I opened my door I heard a gun go off and warm liquids coming from my chest. I fell back and landed with a thud. Red covered me, my whole cloths, I was bleeding out.
As I tried to look who it was I saw something familiar but my vision blurred. They were gone before I knew it. I pulled out my phone and called Anna who was my emergency. She picked up on the first ring and I heard her voice. "Hello? Makiya are you alright?"
"Help-" I mustered to say before I blacked out from blood loss.
