When Two Worlds Meet

Chapter 27

Previously on Chapter 26. . . .

"Sometimes, I wonder how they were when they were younger. . . .Guys I'm getting tired.." Kagome said drowsily

"I'm gonna sleep for a bit. ." Sango said

"Well. . .sleep well. . . " Lucy said, slowly closing her eyes

Shippo was already sleeping on Kagome's head, Kirara was napping on Sango's shoulder

"Night.." Wendy said, finally asleep. . .

With the girls. . .

"Guys, I think we were asleep for too long!!" Kagome yelled

The sun was a few minutes away from leaving the sky, and the stars would only be visible

That was when all of the girls eyes popped opened

"Oh my. . " Mira said, looking up into the sky

"Huh, how long were we out?" Wendy asked while rubbing her eye and getting up from the warm water

"Not too long, but long enough. We need to put our clothes back on. while you guys are doing that I'll go and wake the boys up" Erza said while slipping her boots on

"Alright". .

With the boys. . .

Erza walked to the other side of the hot spring were the boys would be. Once getting there, she seen all of the boys fast asleep in the water

Erza then took a huge deep breath in. . . .

"GET UP!!!" Erza yelled really loudly

All of the boys jumped up, surprised.

"What the hell was that for?!" Inuyasha said, wincing from the ringing that was going on in his ears, Natsu doing the same. Happy was rubbing his eyes

"We've been asleep for too long and now we need to get up and get going," Erza said, hands on her hips

"Wait...how long have we been out?" Gray asked

"Long enough now get dressed" Erza demanded

"Alright," The boys all tried getting up from their spots but failing miserably. They had all fell back to their spots right back into the water with a loud splash

"Do I have to get in there myself to get you 4 out?!" Erza said, slipping her boots off but before she could remove anymore clothing off, Natsu and Gray both faked a cough

"No thanks, I'm fine"

"I'm good"

Natsu and Gray said, remembering times when they all younger and Erza would take baths with them. . . (A/N: I remember in one of the FairyTail episodes, I forgot which one, Erza admitted taking baths with Natsu and Gray when they were all younger)

Erza then slipped her boots back on, leaving the boys alone to get themselves together. . .

With everyone together. . .

"Ahhh that was nice" Kagome said while stretching

The group was currently walking

"Oh yeah, I've been meaning to asks Mira-san, do you know the lady who is watching the children back at the temple?" Wendy asked

"Oh yes! Now that I think about it, whenever I look at you Kagome, you remind me of the lady. . . " Mira

And right away, Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Shippo and Kagome all tensed, instantly knew who Mira was talking about.

Natsu, Gray, Erza, Lucy, and Wendy all looked confused why

". . She says she's a priestess. . .She also had these weird flying insects that were always near her. . " Mira said

"Her name is Kikyo. . " Mira said

Inuyasha's eyes widen, something flashing through his golden eyes

Kagome then looked at Inuyasha's back, already she knew who Inuyasha was thinking about

'He's thinking about her. . . he's thinking about Kikyo. . .' Kagome thought

". . . Is she still there?" Inuyasha asked

"Actually, when Lily, Happy and I arrived at the temple, she said she should be taking her leave and for the children to stay with an elderly lady. . so no, she would not be there if we had gone back" Carla said

Inuyasha had sadness, regret, and irritation flowing through his body, not being able to control his negative emotions

And everyone could see it

Inuyasha didn't know what he felt for Kikyo, even if she was just a piece of the earth, he couldn't help but feel this way towards her

But then on the other hand

Inuyasha wasn't exactly sure what he felt for Kagome, and if he had feelings for her as well. He knew he had to protect Kagome.

"I'm gonna go for a walk. . . " Inuyasha said to the group and immediately separated from the group

'I need to clear my head. . . ' Inuyasha thought

Kagome, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo all didn't have to think twice to why Inuyasha was acting this way

Kagome didn't need to take a moment to think about what was wrong with Inuyasha and his weird behaviour. .

'Inuyasha. . .Is still in love with Kikyo. . .' Kagome thought. . . .

Meanwhile, at the FairyTail guild

"Ohhh my Mavis! What am I gonna do now?!" Levy panicked

"Stop panicking, you'll stress yourself out!" Gajeel said

"How am I supposes to stay calm when now there are 3 others in that other dimension!?" Levy exclaimed

Gajeel then stopped

'She did have a point. . ' Gajeel thought

"Well can't you just re-open the portal once more? I mean if you can do it twice then I'm pretty sure another go would work" Kana said, sitting her mug down

"Well. . I-I guess I could give it another try but, my book went through the portal as well. . " Levy said, her shoulders slumping as she began to feel a little hopeless

"You don't need that dumb book, just use that beautiful brain of yours, I'm sure something would work out. . " Gajeel said while chewing on a piece of metal, looking directly at Levy

Levy's face had gotten a little red from Gajeel's comment

"Y-You really think so?. . " Levy said, her hope scale beginning to rise

"huh? well, yeah" Gajeel said, finishing his piece of metal

Gajeel and Levy stared at one another for exactly 3 seconds until Gajeel spoke up

"Well get to it, Shrimp. . " Gajeel said, stuffing his face with types of metals

'I'm gonna get you all back her as soon as possible guys, you can count on me. . ' Levy thought.. .
