When Two Worlds Meet

Chapter 31

Bankotsu opened his eyes

"Before I was killed, I myself had killed 999 men," Bankotsu said while looking at the castle with an evil glint in his eyes

"It's time to even things up. . . . . "

"Okay this is it, men, don't fail. " Bankotsu said

"Common, I'd never lose in a real battle," Jakotus said

"Well you better not!"Bankotsu said, jumping off of the moving tank and began running towards the castle.

The neigh of horses could be heard off in the distance

Two men dressed up in light armor began to conversate with one another

"I wonder when we'll be able to return back to our village," The first man said

"Yeah, I wanna go home. . " The second man responded

The sound of someone walking towards the men could be heard

"Hey!" Another man yelled at the two men, catching their attention

"You two better get back to your posts immediately!" The man that approached them ordered

"Yes, sir!" The two men said in sync, turning around and doing as they were ordered

"My lord, reinforcements will arrive soon. We've conscripted the villagers and now, I can assure you the castle is completely secure." A man, down on one knee, said as he looked up at the lord

The lord then grunted in first response,

"I think your over reacting," The lord said, looking down at the man

*Outside of castle*

"Hey you, Hold it! Who are you?!" Yelled one of the 5 guards that were standing in front of the castle's doors, spheres in hands. A person running towards the castle

*Inside of castle*

"But, my lord, Listen, great atrocity thought to be the work of the resurrected Band of Seven, Had been reported around these regents" The man explained

"And what or Banryu? Our clans most prized position" The man said, A massive sword behind the lord, Two stands holding the sword with a purple cloth covering the sword. Bandages wrapped the pole of the sword for good gripping

*Outside Castle*

"Hey," The voice of Bankotsu greeted the 5 guards. "I'm here to take back my companion" Bankotsu finished

"It-it's Him!" One of the guards said, his voice shaky

*Inside Castle*

"Rest easy, the Banryu testament in we destroyed Bankotsu, the leader of the Band of Seven. Were he to return, will just kill him again" The lord said with guarantee in his voice

There was a loud boom outside of the castle, causing the Lord and the servant to look towards the opening

Outside the castle, There was a thick black smoke covering the front of the castle, engulfing the guards and anything in its path. Once the black smoke began to clear up, the coughing of the guards could be heard.

"Hold your ground! Do not let them enter the castle grounds!" Shouted one guard, holding up his sphere

Getting closer by the second, Jakotsu and the others were ahead

Jakotsu began taking his sword out of its holding on his back, a sinister laughter coming from him 4

"Don't-dont panic!" Said one of the guards, in a shaky voice

The group then began to attack the guards, Suikotsu using his artificial claws to attack the guards, Renkotsu using his fire, Ginkotsu using his tank to fire at the guards and the castle

inside the castle, the lord and his servant could feel the rumbling going on outside, causing parts of the ceiling to fall to the ground

"My lord, there coming!" The servent said while trying to keep his balance from all the rumbling

"Stay calm, they'll never make it this far" The lord said

The door then opened to the room that the Lord and his servant were currently in, Bankotsu casually walking in

"Ohh, there you are," Bankotsu said "Did you get my letter?

"It-it' you. . " The lord said, shock taking over his features "But what about my guards?" 

"Oh, your guards, I think there a little hung up now..." Bankotsu said, looking up at the ceiling

Looking up at the ceiling, the lord, and his servant both saw the legs of the guards through the ceiling wall. .

The lord and servant both started to get very nervous

"h-how did. . " 

"Okay then. . " Bankotsu interrupted the servant from finishing his sentence, Craking his knuckles in the process

"W-wait!, you've come here to claim the great sword, haven't you?" The lord said, moving his body away from the sword to show Bankotsu

Bankotsu then began to walk towards his sword

"Heyyy, It' my Banryu!" Bankotsu said with a smile that when up to his eyes. His face lit up as if it was his birthday

"It yours. . T-take it" The lord said while moving out of Bankotsu's way

BAnkotsu them reached his sword, grabbing the sword by the handle, and picking it up with ease

'huh, the sword required three strong men to carry it here. . . . .yet he could pick it up with one hand. ." The lord thought, his eyes widening

The purple cloth on the sword slipped away as Bankotsu lifted the sword in the air

"Heyyy, look it's so shiny! You polished it huh?" Bankotsu said while observing the sword, his happy expression still covering his features

"u-umm, yes. . Look, i don't care if you're a specter, will you spear me?" The lord ask

"But, my lord. ." The servant said in shock

"Be my new general, and together we can conquer this land. . " The lord was the interrupted 

"Hey, common now, are you sure you read my letter?" Bankotsu asked while looking at the general for an answer

"huh? What letter?" The lord said in confusion

"No bounds," Bankotsu said in a more serious tone

"No bounds?" The lord said, confused

"Our vengents will know no bounds. . . or something like that" Bankotsu said while pointing his sword in different direction, testing it out

The lord's mouth parted in shock,

Bankotsu the chuckled, holding his sword out, ready to swing

"1000. . "
