**Jade's P.O.V.**

Perrie has been ignoring me all week. Ever since our little talk in the bathroom on Monday, she hasn't talked or even looked at me. She's hardly at school so Zayn has taken over her morning announcement duties. Today was like any other day. I'd go to my locker, get my books, Sam would mysteriously appear from nowhere and we'd walk to class. As Sam headed in the the other direction and I walked into my class, I got cornered by none other than Zayn's flirtatious friend, Harry Styles.

"Heya Jade. Whatcha doing after school today?" he asked. I could smell the alcohol on his breath as he put his face as close as possible. If anyone took at first glance at us, and didn't know me, they would think we were snogging.

"I'm busy," I reply quickly, trying to push him away. It wasn't the first time this week he's tried to hit on me. He's always drunk. No wonder he forgets I'm not into guys.

"I can help you." He puckers his lips and tries to kiss me.

"Harry. Get off. I'm not into guys. Leave me alone." With one last shove, he stumbles back into the desk and I push past and sit at my desk. When I look over at him, he's fallen asleep in the same position I left him in. Idiot.

I just sat down with my lunch when Jesy and Leigh-Anne walk up to me and sit down. I give them a scared look.

"Don't worry. We're not here to cause a fight, we were just asking if you wanted to know where Perrie was?" Jesy says, crossing her hands in front of her like a therapist.

"Why would I want to know where she is? She doesn't mean anything to me," I say, getting quieter near the end.

"Because. Anyways, Perrie doesn't want to come to school because she likes you," Jesy says. Leigh-Anne looks like she doesn't want to be here.

"So? What am I supposed to do?" I ask, trying to keep a bored tone but inside I'm estastic.

"I think you should go see her," Jesy says, studying her nails. She passes me a piece of paper and stands up, pulling Leigh-Anne with her, and walk off.

"I can walk, you know," I hear Leigh-Anne say as they walk away and Jesy lets go of her top.

Why does she want me to go to Perrie's? Is something wrong with her? Or are they just doing it to humiliate me? I guess I'll never know unless I go and see.

**********

I take a deep breath before knocking on Perrie's huge glass front door. It takes her a while to answer. Well judging by the size of her house, it will take ages to walk from one side to the other. She opens the door, just to close it straight after. I try to stop her but it closes on me. I ring the doorbell again.

"What?" she says, once she opens it again.

"Jesy sent me to talk to you," I say. She mutters something under her breath, then ushers me inside. We walk through her huge lounge and up the stairs. She pushes open her door and shuts it behind me. I stand there awkwardly with my back to her. Before I know it, she turns me around and kisses me.

"I've wanted to do that for a long time," she says, laying her head on my forehead. She's a bit taller than me but she's a perfect height.

"Why?" I ask, quietly. "Why me?"

"Because you are perfect. I didn't want it to be true. That's why I said it was a mistake. It was a mistake. But a perfect mistake. The best mistake in my life. And Jade?"

I look up, meeting her eyes.

"I . . . I love you."
