**Jade's P.O.V.**

"Perrie! Perrie no! Perrie, don't leave me! Perrie!" I lay on the ground, blood dripping out of my wrists, hips and upper thighs. "Perrie! I need you to help me!"

"No Jade." Perrie's voice came our harsher than usual. Like she was back to her bullying self. "You're just a piece of worthless shit. I didn't even like you in the first place. I was acting. I've loved Zayn all along. You don't need me, you bitch," Perrie spat. She sent me a snarl and left me in the hallway of our school, heels clicking against the lino floors. I screamed after her but she faded away.

I woke up with a gasp. I was breathing heavily and sweating. I felt my wrists, to check if there was blood. There wasn't. Thank god. Then I heard the tapping of Perrie's heels again. Tap . . . tap . . . tap. Then silence. What the . . ? I thought I was hallucinating, but as I lay down to go back to sleep, I heard it again. I was coming from outside. I sighed and hopped out of my warm bed. My bare feet hit the cold wooden floor and I shivered. I grabbed a sweater from the washing pile and walked towards the sliding door that leads to my small balcony. I peeked out the curtains and saw a few rocks sitting on the balcony. Wtf? Who is throwing rocks at my balcony at . . . I looked over my shoulder at the clock sitting on my bedside table. Quarter past 10 at night?!

I opened the curtain all the way and pulled the door open, making sure not to make any noise. I stepped out into the cool night air and over to the rail. I looked down to see a beautiful girl standing on the grass.

"Perrie? What are you doing?" I whisper-shouted down to her. I was surprised to see her. I didn't know she was out of hospital, and to be honest, she looked amazing.

"Come down! I have something to tell you!" Perrie whisper-shouted back.

"No. I'm still mad at you," I said, remembering.

"Jadey, please," Perrie begged. I sighed and lifted my leg over the railing. Thank god Mum put her jasmine plant up a couple of months ago otherwise I wouldn't of been able to get down! I landed on the cold grass and shivered. Perrie stepped in front of me and wrapped her now normal Perrie-sized arms around me.

"I'm so sorry Jade. For everything. For getting you into this mess and for ruining myself and for sending Louis away. I'm such a screw up," Perrie muttered into my neck.

"No, Pez, you're not. I was horrible to you about the Louis thing and I should have just talked it through normally with you, rather than yelling at you. And I don't care that you got me into this mess, because I got you. Well at least I think I do . . ." I trailed off, pulling away to look her in the eyes.

"You do. I told Zayn I wasn't interested anymore and that he should build a bridge and get over it," Perrie said, looking straight back into my eyes. All the truth was there, I could see it. I knew she wasn't lying because her eyes said it all. She loved me. Perrie Louise Edwards loved me, and I loved her. And I knew it wasn't a crush anymore. I needed her, I needed Perrie to be happy. To be me. and without her, I didn't feel . . . alive. I felt like a zombie, walking around with no purpose. Perrie was mine and I was hers and we didn't need anybody else.

Overhead, thunder rumbled and the clouds opened up. Rain began to fall, softly at first and then got harder, soaking us both. I squealed quietly and laughed, looking up and letting the rain fall on my face. I looked back down at Perrie and she was grinning, love filling her eyes and making them sparkle. I felt an overwhelming urge to kiss her. So with all the love, and all the passion I had in my body . . .

I kissed my girl in the rain.
