Chapter 4: in the forest

I'm so sorry that I didn't get to post this on Friday. The other one took so long to write that after I posted it I got right to work on this one. It took longer than expected to write this. I wanted to get it out with GOOD writing and correct grammar.(even though I'm horrible at spelling.)

Elizabeth's POV

Ugh why did Brianna's car have to be so small. I was stuck between Mackenzie and *swoon*Shadow. I could have sworn he had a smirk on his face the whole way. My thoughts were cut short by him putting his arm around me and falling asleep. Mackenzie laughed and said, "HA better you then me." He must be tired. We have been driving for an hour. I said, "When will we get to wherever we are going?"
Brianna answered, "In an hour." Forget it, I'm using Shadow's shoulder as a pillow. I lied on Shadow's shoulder and I soon dosed of.

Shadow's POV

I woke up thirdy minutes before we got to the hidden house to find Elizabeth cuddling next to me. I can't believe she is on my chest. Mackenzie was awake and whispered, " If you break her heart, I'll snap your neck." Somehow she scares me more than Ace trying to kill me. Just then past memories came flooding back.

Flashback
The old keepers taking Herrera to the necklace place. Me carrying her in the house. She was asleep and I had laid my leather jacket on her because of the chilly forest. She looked so cute asleep. The old fire keeper, ruby, told me not to hurt her or else she would sindge me until I was nothing but ashes. I was not planning on it.

Reality
Brianna's POV

Since Ace was driving the car I got to keep an eye on Lizzy. I looked at Mackenzie and seen that she had her shipping face on. Either she is writing a new fan fiction or she was thinking about ships. I looked back to see Lizzy asleep on Shadow. I now see why Mackenzie has "ships" all in her mind. "Hey Shadow, how you doing back there." after I said that I heard Shadow say in a whispered tone, "You better watch your mouth. You're on thin ice already."
I shot back with the smart remark, "Now ya know how Mackenzie feels when you fall asleep on her."
He got really mad at me after that.

Shadow's POV
Brianna shot back with the smart remark, "Now ya know how Mackenzie feels when you fall asleep on her." after she that everything went black.

Cliffhanger. I wanted to see if you could guess what happens next. I have a small problem. No one is commenting, besides my friends, and I know that there are more of you out there.
