"Tanaka," Sugawara called, peeking into the playroom where Tanaka was. He was playing with his friend who had spikey black hair and a highlighted tuff in the center.

"Daddy!" Tanaka cheered, jumping to his feet and rushing up to his father. Sugawara chuckled, picking his son up and planting kisses on his cheek. Tanaka giggled and nuzzled against his father's neck, clearly glad to see him.

"Ready to go home?" Sugawara asked. Tanaka nodded, putting a wider smile on his father's face. "Say goodbye to Shimizu and your friend now,"

"Bye-bye, Kiyoko-san!" Tanaka blew at kiss at the caretaker, who smiled in return. He then turned his attention to his friend whom he was playing with just moments ago. "Bye-bye, Noya-san!"

"Bye, Ryuu!" Nishinoya waved both his hands.

As they were walking down the streets, making their way back to their apartment, the excited screams and laughter caught the attention of both Sugawara and Tanaka. Sugawara looked over to his side and noticed the children playing at the park, a bright orange color painted across them by the sunset.

"There's quite some people at the park today, huh?" He said, swinging his son's arms as they walked. Tanaka kept his gaze glued at the playing children, nearly tripping a few times. Sugawara took notice of his son's slight envy as he watched them play, their smiles and laughter seemed forever imprinted on their faces.

Sugawara thought to himself and stopped in his tracks. Tanaka stopped as well, looking up to his father curiously, wondering why he had stopped. Sugawara crouched down next to his son, putting a hand on his back. "Nee, Tanaka. How about we play in the park for a little while too?" He suggested.

Tanaka broke into smile, his eyes glistering with so much joy. He nodded aggressively, almost giving himself a concussion. Sugawara smiled at his son's reaction and motioned his head for him to go into the park. Tanaka quickly trotted into the park, holding his hands into tiny fists, with his father following close by.

Tanaka climbed up the stairs to the slides, patiently waiting for his turn while Sugawara waited at the bottom of the slide. The parent chuckled at his son's gaze, so intensely focused on waiting for everyone to have their turn. Finally, when it was his turn, Tanaka waved to his father, getting his attention.

"Catch me, daddy!" He said at the top of the slide.

Sugawara laughed, moving to stand right at the end of the slide where he could catch his son. "Iiyo," He nodded, holding his hands out for his sons to come down to him.

Tanaka let out a satisfied little giggle and pushed himself down the slide. As he slid down the slope, he held his hands up, letting out a loud 'whee'. Sugawara caught him just before his feet were about to touch the ground and lifted him up in the air.

"Whee!" Sugawara joined in, spinning him a little before pulling him into an embrace. Tanaka's bubbly laugh echoed throughout the park, making some of the other children envious of him.

"Again!" Tanaka demanded.

"Again?" Sugawara asked, raising his brows.

"Mo iikai!" Tanaka nodded, swinging his legs in the air.

"Alright then, go get it line." Sugawara nodded, putting his son down to his feet and nudging him gently to line up for the slide once more. He watched lovingly as his son held onto the railings, trying to climb up the stairs with his tiny limbs. He gave his shoulders a light squeeze, massaging them lightly. My shoulders are a little stiff from work... He thought to himself as Tanaka waited at the top of the slide behind a girl. But it's fine, I can still swing him around a little.

Tanaka was chasing a neighborhood kid and stopped in his tracks when he spotted the swing in a distance. He watched as the children on the swing swung into the air, raising their legs up high. Tanaka stood by the pillars of the swing, watching dreamily as he waited for his turn.

As soon as one of the kid got of the swing, Tanaka excitedly dashed towards the empty seat, holding onto the metal chains that hung the swing. He attempted to climb up the swing, raising his legs in the air to reach the seat. However, his short limbs made it incredibly difficult for him, nearly causing him to fall.

While looking around, Sugawara gasped when he saw Tanaka trying to get on the swing by himself. He mentally scolded himself for not keeping an eye on his son and rushed up to the young buzz cut boy. "Tanaka," He scolded softly, holding onto his hand and putting a secure arm on his back.

"Daddy!" Tanaka looked up to his father stopping his attempt to get on the swing.

"Be careful," Sugawara warned, crouching down to check his son for injuries. "Did you hurt yourself?" Tanaka shook his head. His father sighed in relief and noticed at little pout on his son's face. "Do you want to play the swing?"

Tanaka nodded, still pouting. Sugawara chuckled at his son's adorableness, lifting his son up. He sat on the swing and placed Tanaka on his laps, putting an arm around his body like a safety bar on a ride. "Here we go!" He smiled, taking a few steps back.

"Yay!" Tanaka cheered, swinging his legs excitedly. Sugawara lifted his feet off the ground and they started to swing in a soft arch.

Tanaka reached his hands out to the sky as though he was trying grab the pink cloud in the sky. The giggled at the wind that rushed to his face as they swung up and the slight gravitational force that pulled them back. "Higher Daddy!" He exclaimed, clapping his hands in joy.

Sugawara did as he was told, pushing themselves into the air with more force. They swung higher, creating a larger arch. Hearing Tanaka's excited screams, he couldn't help but to laugh too, throwing his head back. He pulled Tanaka closer and leaned backwards a little, both looking up to the sky, watching the silhouettes of the crows.

Tanaka swung his legs as he ate his popsicle. Though he had gotten the lesser half of the popsicle, he still enjoyed it. He sat by his father's side, resting against his thighs a little as they watched the park slowly become deserted.

Sugawara looked down, gently stroking Tanaka's hair as he took the last bite of his popsicle. "Nee, Tanaka." He called, playfully toying with his son's ear. Tanaka wriggled and started to laugh, feeling ticklish. He cupped his ear with his free hand, stopping his father from tickling him. "Did you have fun today?"

"Yeah!" Tanaka said with his mouth full of the popsicle. "I got to fly with Daddy!"

"You really like that, huh?" Sugawara chuckled.

"Yeah!" Tanaka nodded, tickling Sugawara as his short hair brushed against pant. "But..."

"But?" Sugawara raised his brow, urging for him to continue.

"I wish Mommy was here too... Then we could have all flown together."

"Yeah," Sugawara agreed, a sad smile forming on his lips and he looked up to the sky. The orange sky was now turning dark blue and the crows were nowhere to be seen. "I wish she was here too."
