"Madi, you never told me it was a themed party!" I yelled at my best friend of 6 years.

I had decided to pay a surprise visit to her college at Wisconsin University Madison, and at the current moment we were getting ready for a little party time. I missed Madi so much. Her, our other best friend Kristin and I haven't been able to see eachother much due to college and jobs and the lovely adult life so when we get together we make the most of it.

Well since it was a themed party, sports teams more specifically, the only jersey I had with me was one from my college...a basketball one and my team sort of just beat Wisconsin. This wasn't going to go well but I was going to rock this moment.

"They may all hate me but I'm doing it anyways Madi," who was just laughing at me and my situation.

"If anyone even dares to say anything I'll punch them for you." She said throwing her arm around my shoulders.

"Ha easy there tiger, let's try to make it a less eventful night alright?" I said laughing along with her. We walked out with a few of her friends that I had just met and made our way to the frat house.

To say I was nervous would be an understatement. But I was also kind of really excited, I mean I probably won't see any of these people again for quite some time, sooo that meant that I could have some real fun tonight without a care in the world.

The frat house was pretty stereotypical looking. It had these cute large white pillars in the front with a slanted baby roof, with their Greek letters on the awning. Right as we walked in an American flag was hanging, by a thread if you ask me, in the hall way, and the walls were all a nice deep red with white accents. I knew that it only looked this nice because the house has been around for centuries and it's necessary for the school to keep it that way. Getting through the house was a disaster. There were people literally everywhere. I felt so disgusting just stepping foot in the house because it was a mass of sweat-filled-hormone-infused air. People were already dancing and boozing, some already passed out on the couch.

Within seconds, some girls came up to Madi and me, almost falling over and giggling like crazy. "MADI!" they all screamed out. I laughed at how loud they were but it was cute too.

"Hey girls!" Madi said back hugging them all. "This is my best friend from back home, Gianna. Gi, these are some of my sorority sisters." She said introducing us. The all squealed and gave me a hug.

"Any friend of Madi's is a friend of ours!!" the one who wasn't as drunk as the rest, I think her name was Victoria?

"Come we need drinks!!" the one who was smaller and petite but extremely drunk said to us, I think her name was Shelby. The girls pulled us both into a kitchen like area, and headed straight for the liquor.

"Let's all take shots!" the red head of the group shouted with a lot of enthusiasm. She must be pretty drunk too.

I laughed at this, and we all agreed. I never was one to rush into getting drunk but with my outfit choice I might as well get some liquid courage under my belt before any run ins happen.

"CHEERS!" we all hollered and tipped back the burning liquid.

The liquor was cool to my lips but hot in my throat. We all shook out the cringe it left in our mouths, and then took another. Madi and I had a lot of catching up to do if we wanted to get anywhere near the same level as her friends. I decided two shots was enough for now, I passed on the third shot and grabbed a beer instead.
